The reception staff were were great.
The reception staff were were great. The person who did my MRI was also great. My results came back very quickly. I was dissapointed that there was no explanation of my results. For that I would have to pay more money on top of the £380 I had already spent. For me ....that is just greedy. I don't expect any answers from my health centre.However ...the medical profession seem to use AI alot . So why shouldn't I? Maybe I will get a proper diagnosis

I do not recommend
I booked and paid £1060 in advance of an appointment. Due to awful heat and weather my health deteriorated. I cancelled and complained as I was not given 15% discount in the first place. I am waiting on a full refund. So far nothing. Quick to take my money - but very bad when you want it back!!! The reference number X102802715. I spoke to Luke who said I will get my full refund by 1/7/26.

Great experience of going private
Easy to book online and quick appointment. The echocardiogram was carried out and reviewed by some very experienced people. The results were as promised within 3 days and GP received a copy. Only negative was there was no parking at the London clinic or any car parks nearby and we ended up walking about a mile. Very happy though with the service.
