Nice premises at Liverpool with professional caring staff. Process easy and relaxed. Results delivered quickly that gave full diagnosis in written and visual format for me seek treatment.
Would use them again.

Excellent service & quick results
I booked an MRI scan on my knee through a self referral at the Liverpool branch, the whole process from start to finish was excellent. I was greeted on arrival, filled in a questionnaire and was taken down for the scan within minutes, after the scan I was told I would get the results in 3 days, I actually got them in 2 days so I was very impressed, My GP also got a copy.

Hello, the gentleman who did my ultrasound was really lovely, he immediately made me feel at ease and answered my questions.
Booking the appointment was very easy and having a phone call with a gp before my apt AND included in the price was amazing

I was going to have to wait up to 28…
I was going to have to wait up to 28 weeks for an MRI on the NHS. Within 48 hours of applying I was having an MRI in the Liverpool location. Excellent service and not so expensive. I had the full report 2 working days later. Now by NHS providers are at full speed as my problems are very evident. BZ TO VISTA HEALTH.

I would recommend anybody to go to…
I would recommend anybody to go to vista in Liverpool for a very professional quick and thorough service! I booked in for a MRI scan online as I was really struggling with my knee and the NHS waiting list was over 4 weeks and I could not bare the pain and wanted to know what was wrong with me. Booked it on Tuesday for the next day (Wednesday) at 8:30am and by Friday had all my results a full written explanation and images of what was going on. A torn meniscus was causing me all the pain!
Brilliant service, staff were welcoming and put me at ease right away THANKYOU Vista ( Liverpool. )

The appointment system was easy and efficiently handled. Staff at the clinic were professional and welcoming, providing reassurance and advice. Scan results were processed quickly and resulted in contact call from their ‘in house’ doctor. Overall an excellent service.

Very easy to book, everything explained before the MRI and quick results , which in all honesty probably saved my mobility for the future.
