Being able to be referred by my physiotherapist directly with a wait for a diagnostic scan of only48hrs! there was a slight delay of obtaining the report but this was an IT problem which very helpfu... Voir plus

Arrived and after a short wait I was taken and asked some questions regarding scan and my health, friendly and helpful staff. Received my scan results, had to check had been sent to my GP as they stat... Voir plus

Generally a good service but no better than should be expected at the price. Report produced is unnecessarily jargonistic and seemed to have been prepared in a hurry as has some inconsistencies.

Efficient. Great value. MRIs are available within a few days, and results are back within two days. Very helpful, can speak to someone on the phone very easily. I went to Nottingham, a purpose-built wing and a large modern MRI scanner.

The booking process was quick and easy
The booking process was quick and easy. The scan itself was explained to me in detail and I was looked after by very professional staff who put me at ease. The results were very detailed and I received them within 3 working days.
