Everything went smoothly from booking the appointment to receiving the result and follow up.

I was very impressed with the whole process ,found it easy to book ,the staff were very friendly and the radiography put me at my ease ,had my results next day ,would highly recommend Vista and would use them again if needed

Did not like lady on reception
Arrived at 7,45 am
Went to desk to tell her we were here just told us to sit down , paid £400 for scan not to be talk loke that or if i was on nhs , same with another couple sat and waited ,someone else came in 5 minutes later
She said sit down other people before you !!
Had mra scan on time
After I had itsat in waiting room
Had to ask someone if it was ok to leave, shee said didn't they tell you
We said no , you get results next day so we could go home ,
Did get results in afternoon , was told to go straight to hospital
Had 19 hours sat in chair at ruh bath sent me home with an killers and going to send me an outpatient appointment

Easy to book, good availability. Yeovil diagnostic centre was a lovely environment, clean and welcoming.The staff member was very friendly and everything was clear and straightforward. My report came through in a few days. Brilliant!
