Absolute scammers!! Received my order and wanted to return it asap and they have been ignoring me ever since. I emailed them over 10 times and they don’t answer because they don’t want to give me my money back!!!

This is a scam website I ordered abaya it was 50 bucks on march 7 and it said they will ship it in 5-7 days and charged me extra 50 dollar for the shipping currently is march 13 nothing came and also I tried to track the shipping the website is fake don’t even waste your money may Allah hold them accountable how they lying and scamming people

Absolute Scam! This store is a complete rip-off! False advertising everywhere, customer service that’s outright rude, and the quality of their clothes is shockingly cheap and terrible. This company is garbage! Don’t waste a single cent here!

The abaya is such good quality and it shipped fast. I love it so much! Its just like the picture and as described. Im so happy with it.

The price doesn't worth the quality! Kind of fraud, they set their location to USA and charge the shipping fees accordingly but they actually ship from China! It's impossible to return the item and get a refund as they made their refund policy very complicated. It takes too long to be delivered! Not recommended at all!

they are dropshipping store, they dont wanna refund you, try to avoid this website, if you bought already, you need to dispute transaction from bank, you are welcome :)

I purchased an abaya for my daughter for $60 and it turned out to be too short so I packed it back and e-mailed asking for a refund within 90 days as directed on the website. They refused to issue me a refund saying “Hello, if we do not send the wrong products, or the products have quality problems, you need to bear the cost of return. Or I can give you a promo code and you can repurchase.” I replied that it was too short and I was willing to pay for return shipping once they sent me the return address, and they still insisted that I couldn’t get a refund and when I asked why they were making it impossible to get a refund despite their refund/return policy seeming flexible, they replied: “Hello, the meaning of this item is that the goods should be kept in good condition. It doesn't mean that we accept unconditional and no-reason returns and refunds.” I tried to explain that the item being midi length instead of maxi length as shown in the pictures on their website is a good reason and that the item was in great condition, but to no avail. Do NOT purchase from this company!!! Low quality items and no hope of returns/refunds!!!

Horrible customer service. Cancelled by order out of the blue saying as per my request. Cancelled one day after billing my card. Which also don't make sense, why would you bill and then cancel it next day.

No updates no responses to my emails.

I placed an order on March 23 and didn’t receive it until April 7. It was shipped from China, and the quality was extremely poor. Even worse, I only received one item instead of the two I paid for.

I contacted their customer service right away, and this was their response:

"If we did not send the wrong product or if there’s no quality issue, we won’t cover return or exchange costs. You’ll need to pay for it yourself. Or, we can offer you a promo code so you can repurchase."

They completely ignored the fact that an item was missing and offered no real solution. Unacceptable customer service and shady business practices. Avoid this company at all costs!
