changed company! took away my HARD EARNED REWARDS $$$ I spend hundreds of dollars a month on your fish and this is what I get! Lose my rewards! crappy! now you are some cooporate flowers scene. I really am goint to investigate a different seafood option!

Amazing products... the BEST! And amazing company! I highly recommend... but most of feel comfortable that changes in company will NOT change the priorities thar make Vital Choice the very best available source of quality healthy foods! Am so grateful that I can depend on them even living in Hawaii.

Been a customer of Vital Choice for 12 years and about 100 orders. I am hopeful that this new transition will provide the same superb customer service and products that I have become accustomed to. So far, my first order with the new team went very well and hopefully will continue as such into the future. I will miss many of the VC staff that I've gotten to know.
Wondering if I'll receive some form of credit or coupon for what I believe to be unused reward points from previous program.

I purchased the 4 Oz. Wild King Salmon, 5 Oz. Salmon Burgers as well as the canned crab. All are delicious and I recommend all of these products.

I have been ordering from Vital Choice for years. Love their products. Being not much of a seafood lover, Vital Choice salmon is delicious and the only salmon my family will eat. We eat it a couple times a week!! We appreciate the quality of their products.

Seafood Bisque
For the first time I tried your pouch of seafood bisque. Boy was that delicious. I'll be sure to include more pouches in my next Vital Choice order.

The canned salmon is excellent. I am amazed at how fresh each can tastes and how far it goes as a complement to salad or as an ingredient in pasta and other dishes. Kudos.

I used to love Vital Choice, but not anymore. Now that the company was sold, I can see a big difference in customer service and lack of attention to details. I placed an order with a specific date to receive my order, as I was going to be out of town before that. The order arrived two days early. Normally this would be a good thing if I asked for an ASAP shipping date, but I did not. I asked for a very specific date which was completely ignored. Also, I always used to receive an email when my order was shipped, but I never received a Shipping Email for this order, which was delivered two days early. Two strikes on my first order delivery since the company was sold. When I tried to call the phone number on my Order Confirmation email, the automated recording on the other end said it was Harry & David's, not Vital Choice. Third strike. Not sure I will order from them again and I will now be looking for another company with better customer service from which to purchase my wild Alaskan salmon.

I don’t eat fish but my husband loves it. We ordered sardines and canned salmon. I appreciate that the sardines don’t have a fishy smell and my husband says they taste great. We will be ordering again!

I’m a long time customer of Vital Choice and I am still 100% happy with everything I order - salmon, scallops, halibut, sablefish, and blueberries! Everything is always still frozen, fresh and delicious!
