I have to agree with many of the complaints with Thistle. While I have been a customer for awhile the problems with deliveries have become too much. I’m also not a fan of the meal repetition. It has gotten boring. Additionally while customer service is pleasant and respond quickly…they never fix the problem, they just throw credits at it. I’m writing this as I wait (again) for my delivery. I’ve already canceled my subscription. Really disappointed. Can’t wait for the AI generated apology.

See? They wrote the same exact thing to me as they have to everyone else. Thistle has no intention of fixing the delivery issue. They throw credits to your account and that’s the extent of their problem solving. I wish them the best…I won’t be back.

Meals are healthy...but they only fill 1/4 of the box, and your meal is about 6 bite's worth of "food" this is not enough food for ANYONE. 500 calories per salad? But they are not actually 500, more like 300 calories PER MEAL. Use your brains here people AVOID THIS SCAM!

During a health recovery recently, I was gifted some meals and snacks from Thistle Co. I deeply appreciated the healthy, high protein salads and unique snacks. I was impressed with the unique flavors and creative and tasty plant based proteins. I can really appreciate the convenience of eating a variety of health enhancing meals and satisfying my sweet tooth with low glycemic desserts that satisfies the craving of a special treat!
I definitely have a peaked interest in budgeting this service going into the new year!

The do not manage their deliveries with competent people. The bags are mangled and when reported...nothing is addressed. The delivery person for the company places the bags in places other than what was specified. You report it and AI answers and the issue is never addressed. What's the point of quality if the service is not.

Horrible. The worst I have tried.
Missing Meals, Spoiled Food, and it was attempted to eat same day as delivery, but it was inedible. Out of stock items replaced without informing you prior to make a decision.

Consistet quality and variety in meals. Reliable delivery. Conveniently packaged.

Two failed delivery attempts so far. Very odd delivery times. Was not able to take advantage of the 50% off promo and other credits, and now the next couple delivery food options do not look appealing and will be full price. Completely ruined the start of my New Year’s resolution of healthy eating with convenience. Could’ve and should’ve gone with another service.

The food is absolutely delicious. I'm on my first few deliveries. And when you look at the ingredients- no garbage. In fact, above and beyond healthy and fresh ingredients. It's almost like...they care. Is that possible? ha

So far so good! I've only had for one order so far but the food was tasty and nutritionally balanced. It's nice to not have to worry about cooking or shopping.

I paused my account and then saw it still processed the delivery and I tried to cancel my subscription days before delivery. I received the meal and it is the smallest thing you have ever seen and the noodles in the meal here so hard! I reached out to customer service and they are adamant about not providing a refund. Will NOT be using this service again, beware!

I love Thistle!! We do not have many healthy “fast food” options near me, so Thistle has been amazing!! I really enjoy all the options and flavors in the meals and the snacks and desserts are delicious too!! I highly recommend!

I started Thistle meal delivery a few months ago. I am BLOWN AWAY by the food. The quality, variety, and flavor are truly amazing. I never thought a meal delivery service could be this good. I'm so grateful the meals are vegan, yet still provide sufficient protein. It has truly made it so much easier for me to eat healthier at home (I lack the time to cook for myself most weeknights). I also love that the delivery bags and large ice packs can be returned to Thistle for re-use; it would be awesome if they figured out a way to re-use or do away with the smaller ice packs that can't be returned. Most of my deliveries have gone smoothly, although one delivery arrived earlier than the regular delivery window unexpectedly (this isn't ideal for me because I live in a condo and prefer that food isn't left outside); hopefully it was a one-time occurrence.

Let me start by saying the food is amazing, I was very skeptical but I love it! Here is the big but, it’s a week long food program and the food expires on Thursday?! I’m trying to figure out how to order so I have food all week. Plus, I would like to change things on my order and I’ve had difficulty in doing so.

The meals have been really good and fresh. I love that they collect the used bags and ice packs on the next delivery.

I’ve been using Thistle for over a year and it has made eating healthy so much easier. With working full time and caregiving for elderly parents, I have little time to cook like I use to and little time to care for myself. Things had to change.
Thistle has helped me achieve at least part of that goal. I like their salads. Yes, sometime it gets a little old but if I skip for a week or two, I miss the access to easy healthy eating. Sometimes I supplement the meals with my own protein (nuts, seeds, shrimp, sardines etc)
I truly appreciate the accommodation to my peanut allergy although I do miss their pad thai meal a lot
Desserts are good. Dinner meals are good as long as they don’t involve non-Asian pasta.
I’m not a juice or breakfast person so can’t comment on them.
I’ve recommended them to friends. However, they got tired of the salads so I may be an anomaly.

I love that Thistle's food is actually all GOOD for you - real vegetables, real proteins, and tasty and not-too-sweet sauces (trying to avoid all the sneaky sugar!). Even the desserts feel like a big step above anything else I might eat as a treat - and they are delicious. I often add some extra protein to my mains, but at least they've done all of the rest of the chopping and cooking for me. When we're too busy and tired to cook, I can at least feel good about what we're putting in our bodies.
Just wish there was an alternative to the plastic containers...

I am so glad I decided to go with this subscription. I have tried several others, but the quality, freshness, and taste of these meals is superb! Every time I have a meal I feel I am doing something great for my body. The ingredients are fresh and the flavor combinations are innovative and delicious! I also appreciate that they reuse the delivery bags. I am so pleased and will continue with Thistle.

Thistle is an excellent service. We love the convenience of home delivery and find the cost per meal to be more affordable than takeout. Best of all, the food is both delicious and feels healthier, and we've enjoyed the vast majority of our meals.
