Vital Choice Wild Seafood & Organics Avis 

I love Vital Choice products. I regularly buy the skinless, boneless Sockeye salmon pieces which are delicious and the pouched salmon which I mix with some lemon to put on salads. Recently I tried some soups which are also excellent. Ordering and delivery is easy too. Thanks!

Very good, fresh tasting fish! I greatly appreciated the convenience of it coming right to my door as well. We will order again.

the pink salmon filets are very thin and over cooked quickly. I will try the miso glaze marinate next time. the king salmon was out of stock. the reviews for the pink salmon were good so i thought i would try. i tried and did not like.

I’m very disappointed to see that the value packs are no longer being offered now that vital choice has sold itself to a mega corporation. I relied on those. I have serious health issues I need to eat a very strict low histamine diet. I had been so impressed at this companies dedication and awareness to maintaining low histamine. I’m also on disability on a fixed income and the prices of all of your other products are completely out of reach for myself and I’m guessing the majority of Americans as well. I can understand why you would discontinue this item but I guess it helps to brand you is yet another company that only caters to the elite and privileged. Very disappointing in so many ways

I was not prepared for how different my experience with Vital Choice would be since the ‘transition’. While the customer service representative was extremely helpful, considerate and patient, the process was cumbersome and disappointing. None of my account information transferred over to the new platform, nor did my Rewards points. I could not order the items exactly as I had many times before and the prices had increased because of that. I was also VERY disappointed that I will have to wait almost TWO WEEKS to receive my items, when before they would ship on the same or next day. I will have to reconsider whether I will continue to use Vital Choice for my purchases. I could not be more displeased.

Great products with a solid reputation, excellent delivery times.

Love that if I need to call, I will actually be talking with someone who cares and is helpful. And, that my order was dealt with appropriately with the fresh frozen coming so promptly and the rest following as promised. I am on an impossible schedule and feel completely amazed that Vital Choice met my needs with exceptional care. I still think I dreamed the whole thing!

I don’t rate anything on the internet. Until now. We chose a Vital Choice King Salmon package as a Thank You gift for my graphics wiz for our latest publication. He reports it the best salmon he’s ever cooked, and he’s very experienced in that art. Could not be happier.

I get a shipment of fish at least once a month (for the past couple of years). It’s great every time, no bad experiences ever! And very helpful customer service when there was a shipping delay once.

Vital Choice fish protects my heart by providing necessary Omega 3.

The first time my order was received six of my twelve orders of salmon was thawed. When the six thawed was replaced, the shipment has yet to arrive. I received a text on 2/24/22 that my order has been shipped. Today is 3/7/22.
I seems to be difficult to receive what has been ordered.

The delivery of our order was sooner than expected which was good. The quality of the salmon filets was excellent and we tried the canned salmon as well and found it to be very good.

I am sorry to know you now or soon will have a new "handler" of the vital products. The authentic and careful selection of product and the ideas for using the sea food was so very helpful. I do not entirely trust the care will go forward. It seems to me there are many discriminating customers. I wish the west coast fisheries well!
Take good care of your employees. I have always liked talking to them when placing an order. They seemed to know the product and were helpful.
