They corrected my mistake immediately.
I accidently ordered two machines and after contacting them they reimbursed me same day for one machine, which was great! Super appreciated their personal response and in such a timely manner.

Outstanding Customer Service for Broken Unit
Another reviewer, Laurie R, had the same experience as me with receiving a damaged unit. I ordered two units that were shipped together in a plastic bag with no protection and both boxes arrived quite banged up. Considering they shipped from an overseas origin, this was a lot of being thrown around! I was extremely surprised when I contacted customer service and they promptly responded, asking for a video of the damaged unit; it sounded like an obvious internal part had broken off and the unit gave off a death rattle when it was turned on. They also responded to that email almost immediately, to say they would send a replacement unit and that they didn't need the damaged unit back. The replacement unit arrived promptly, in perfect condition!
Honestly, I don't think I have EVER had such excellent customer service! In business, the errors or missteps aren't as critical as how they are corrected for the customer, and due to Vitalhorse's outstanding customer service to correct this issue, they have a customer for life and I will be ordering more of their products. The product itself is wonderful - our horses absolutely love their massages 10/10!! THANK YOU Vitalhorse, for standing behind your products and immediately making things right by the customer.

Massager was damaged in transit…
My unit arrived in a very smashed up box and I was worried about the massager. When I took it out it definitely had something broken rattling around inside. I contacted Vital Horse and they got back to me immediately, requesting photos of the damaged package and a video that deminstrated the rattling inside the unit. They told me they would immediately send me a new unit and that I did not need to return the damaged unit. I was so happy with their response as I live in another country and the return postage was going to be prohibitive. My new unit arrived today and it works perfectly. My old horse loved it on the first try. This will help him so much going into a cold Canadian winter as he gets very cold backed even when blanketed. I don’t think I have ever had such an exemplary customer service experience. If I could give 10 gold stars for this company and its product I would!

I like the massager
I like the massager. It is easy to use, it has few functions that easy to switch. It works silently, so my dog is not afraid.

This is an incredible device
This is an incredible device. I used it with my senior dog. He is usually afraid of anything that is different but the moment he felt the massager he was locked in. He relaxed and laid down and seemed very content. It was very easy to incorporate into our nightly routine!

Honestly
Honestly, the massage gun looks like a terrific piece of equipment. They advertise for the 'elite' horse so I sent a question inquiring about usage on a companion mule. The answer was, yes it would benefit any equine in various situations.
Because of the quick and honest response, I will be ordering my massage gun and am impressed with the quick, customer service response.
I will update my review after I receive my massage gun and see how my mule likes it!

It’s easy to use, feels powerful without being intimidating, and has quickly become something I reach for regularly after rides, harder workouts or just having a bonding moment with my horses. I also love being able to give my horse a little extra TLC and help support recovery and relaxation right at home.
Definitely one of those horse-owner products I didn’t realize I needed until I had it! 🐴🤎

I’ve been using the VitalHorse massager…
I’ve been using the VitalHorse massager on a couple of my mares that deal with kissing spine, and it has quickly become something I reach for regularly. With horses like these, keeping the muscles along their back loose and comfortable is a big priority for me.
I especially like using it across their back and surrounding muscle groups before and after riding. My mares visibly relax during a session, and I’ve noticed they seem looser and more comfortable afterward. I also like that I can use it right at the barn without having to schedule an appointment every time they’re feeling tight.
Obviously, a massager isn’t a cure for kissing spine or a replacement for veterinary care, but as another tool in my routine for managing muscle tension and keeping my horses comfortable, the VitalHorse has been well worth having. If you have performance horses or horses that tend to get tight through their back, I definitely recommend giving it a try.
