GlyNAC order fulfilled and received in Sydney, Australia. However, on 30 May 2026 I requested a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from a third-party laboratory for the specific batch of GlyNAC purchased. I would like to verify purity, potency, and safety (testing for heavy metals, contaminants, or microbes) of the product. No reply despite follow ups.

It is a shame as the selection of products and information the website is excellent, but Vitality Supplements needs to establish trust with the customer. If it did so there could be considerable upside for the business.

Ideally you would also identify the manufacturer of the supplement. Does that manufacturer follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and have a history of transparent testing?

Who is the Food Business Operator (the company responsible for the product) and is there a clear, traceable UK address?

The company website does not clearly display its registered company name, company number, and a verifiable physical address that matches its Companies House record. Why is that?

Delivered quickly and feeling the benefits after 6 weeks. I’ve noticed I don’t really drink coffee any more for energy!

Vitality supplements was the only trusted place I could find the supplements I needed (AHCC). I really enjoyed their bundle deals where you could buy more at a higher discount.

ordered nad+ (2nd june) sent contact form to cancel immediately after reading bad reviews (ignored). The pills arrived. tried to check quality but no batch number on any of the sachets of pills so not possible to get COA. Emailed requesting return (6 june, 10th june, 11th june, 25th June, 26 june). No reply to any email. So no proof of quality of the contents, and no ablity to return which is my statutory right under distance selling regulations.

Vitality Suplements mistakenly mailed me an incomplete order. I was a bit upset but after I contacted them, they quickly mailed the missing items, therefore I decided to come back here and edit my first review.

Ordered the 3 x pots 60 capsules (180 total) of NMN and resveratrol. What turned up was 1 x pouch of nmn and resveratrol (lower dose I think) bought on the bundle deal. Different product and wrong amount. Been trying to email numerous times, all ignored also tried phoning with no joy either. I have ordered from them previously with no issues, but this time it the total opposite. I came here to look at reviews after the latest order and it seems I’m by far not the only one having the exact same issues. I will be following up with my bank as they don’t seem like a legit professional outfit. Not even interested in contacting me back to rectify the situation is very bad form.

Vitality supplements have been in contact and had open communication about everything. Fully rectified the issues and made everything good, so changing my rating.

The packaging, the quick delivery, all made a difference

I would urge potential customers to do thorough research before purchasing from Vitality Supplements.

The website appears professional and makes strong claims about product quality and testing. I purchased their NMN + TMG product, which is advertised as batch tested. However, after purchase I had concerns what was sold to me wasn’t as advertised, so I requested:

* A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the specific batch I received
* Details of the laboratory that conducted the testing
* Confirmation of NMN purity levels
* Contaminant testing results

Despite multiple requests, I have received no response.

I have also requested a refund and, at the time of writing, have not received any reply regarding that either.

As a consumer, I believe that when supplements are marketed as batch tested, supporting documentation should be readily available upon request. The lack of communication has left me with little confidence in the product or the company’s claims.

My experience has been disappointing, and I wish I had researched the company more thoroughly before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution and seek independent verification of any testing claims before buying.
