The packaging, the quick delivery, all made a difference

I would urge potential customers to do thorough research before purchasing from Vitality Supplements.

The website appears professional and makes strong claims about product quality and testing. I purchased their NMN + TMG product, which is advertised as batch tested. However, after purchase I had concerns what was sold to me wasn’t as advertised, so I requested:

* A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the specific batch I received
* Details of the laboratory that conducted the testing
* Confirmation of NMN purity levels
* Contaminant testing results

Despite multiple requests, I have received no response.

I have also requested a refund and, at the time of writing, have not received any reply regarding that either.

As a consumer, I believe that when supplements are marketed as batch tested, supporting documentation should be readily available upon request. The lack of communication has left me with little confidence in the product or the company’s claims.

My experience has been disappointing, and I wish I had researched the company more thoroughly before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution and seek independent verification of any testing claims before buying.

I began taking Vitality BPC 157 to combat an old, lingering shoulder injury that I had not been able to cure with physio or repeated doctor appointments.
I started to see improvements to the shoulder within around 3-4 weeks. As an added and unexpected bonus, I have also noticed a significant improvement to my stamina during training: I can cycle harder for a lot longer and can complete many more press-ups without tiring.

Before starting the NMN supplements I went 2 weeks taking nothing including my usual vitamins as I wanted to know what was working, if anything. I had struggled for months hitting a wall around midday till around 4, feeling absolutely shattered,the days when I had been for a run or been to the gym were always better, but still felt fatigued.I took 2 in the morning wanting to start on a low dose within a week felt so much better, over the next 5 weeks I didn’t slump at all-like I had been, I’d occasionally feel tired like everyone does, but the difference was obvious. I stopped taking them 2 weeks ago and went back to feeling knackered, to the point I was falling asleep on my 3pm drive home,restarted again on Monday and the fatigue was so much better in 2 days, I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but for me these are a non negotiable from now on, I’ll be trying3 a day this time, hopefully it will be even better, huge thanks to Vitality supplements for a first class product

I ordered supplements and when they eventually arrived my order was missing two bottles of Choline. Their email said that it was included in the order sent even although the small size of box sent could not realistically have accommodated the Choline as well. I have queried this with the company through email and through their contact page. I also telephoned them and left a message and having heard nothing I further telephoned them to be told by ansaphone there was no one available each time I have phoned. Their attitude can only be one of two things. They are either incompetent at running their business and are unaware of basic good business practice or they are trying to scam as there are far too many people it seems judging from the other reviews who are experiencing the same issues. I really wanted to use this company on a regular basis as their products looked like the real deal on their website. Why have they not been closed down by now? They say they will contact you in one business day. They really are taking the proverbial.

Update to the above based on two conflicting replies from Vitality.
I received a reply directly from Vitality acknowledging that they didn't after all send the two missing bottles of choline due to it being out of stock and they were uncertain on when it is being restocked. They have apologised and are giving me a refund. I am happy with that. However, why could they not inform me of this when they could not fulfill the order instead of saying it had been sent? The reply below does not acknowledge that the product is actually out of stock and that it was never sent in the first place. A case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing or saying. All this could have been avoided if they would let me know there was an issue in the first place instead of just ignoring things. Being able to rely on the seller is as important as the quality of the products they sell.

Its my second order of Ox bile and I was unsure as to whether I'd signed up to a subscription, which I thought I had. So I messaged the company to find out and they were very helpful. They were fast with replying and friendly too. So I will subscribe next time I place my order. Delivery took a little longer than I thought but then I didn't check estimated arrival. Would highly recommend this company though and the product is great. Price is great too.
