Another update:
I received the correct supplement almost the next day after their response, I was told to keep NMN as it was not my fault, so I now have two powerful supplements. The company responded very quickly and the matter was dealt with really well. I changed my rating to 5 stars
Update:
The company replied to my email straight away, apologised and told me they have dispatched the correct item straight away. So I changed my rating to 4 stars and will probably change it to 5 when I receive the correct order. I actually feel good that they replied to my email.
original review: I ordered an expensive AHCC SUPPLEMENT for my health condition, that I needed urgently, instead I received a cheaper NMN resveratrol , which I do not need. Reading the reviews I understand that it happens often and that the company does not answer emails and there is no phone number to call.

Poor customer service
I ordered the NMN with resvertrol supplements but received a totally different order which was cheaper. I contacted the company by email and left a message but no response so far. Customer service is non excistant. I managed to track their address which looks like a rundown office building. Despite being registered with companies house this is the only legit feature of this company. I'd hate to think of the conditions where the products are manufactured

Wide range of good products
Quick delivery and products that do not appear to have any useless fillers. Hard to say if they are working yet as I have not had them long enough. Would definitely use this company again

NOT Delivered but Now refunded EVRI problem.
I didn't want to put this down but I did give a chance for Vitality to reply to first their portal nothing than 2nd direct email at info, again no reply as like most are saying Parcel seems lost by partners in crime EVRI , I wished I had a way to never use then ever again I think out of 10 deliveries only 2 or 3 have come problem free , so I thought EVRI locker couldn't go wrong again problem, 3 times out for delivery now since Wednesday delayed and no explanation from either, anyway I've asked for a refund and it looks like my bank will have to deal with it now, Changed to 3 star as refunded and company agreed to look into changing EVRI anyone who uses them should expect problems good luck Vitality 👍
