I purchased face oil that cost $55 and it took ages to come and when I reeived it I found it is body oil that costs $19.95 on Amazon for 2 bottles. Same thing. Contacted them and they have offered 20% credit which still leaves me paying over twice as much as something i could have received in a couple of days from Amazon. Not happy so be careful when you order from this company

I purchased four packs of Daily Eye Comfort Drops (costing $95AUD) from an ad online (it's not even on their website), and when they finally arrived we looked up all the ingredients... they are actually very dangerous to use in the eyes! I'm now battling to get a refund and the return address they have listed on their site is for a Barber Shop in London! They also stated I will lose 15% of my original purchase price on top of paying return shipping, which proves it is a scam and they are shonky.
UPDATE:
It's now been 2 weeks and Vitality Aura still refuse to give me a refund. I have offered to pay the shipping to return the unopened, unused items, and they are giving me the run around. After not responding for 8 days straight, they are still not addressing the issue, refuse to send me the proper address to return the items to, and refuse a full refund. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

These rimless vision glasses are so lightweight I almost forget I'm wearing them. Lenses are crystal clear for screen work and the minimalist look is perfect.

Started brushing with this teeth gel before bed and my gum sensitivity has noticeably gone down. Texture is smooth and thank goodness there's no harsh aftertaste.

I am very disappointed as I ordered 2 pairs of the glasses, they are both absolutely useless. It is obviously a scam so don’t bother ordering. I can’t believe they can rip unsuspecting customers off like this, especially pensioners.I have been in contact with them twice and said the same as I’ve said here, they have responded, apologised, and given me a 25% refund without having to return the useless glasses.

Would prefer to give this shonky business ZERO stars because it's engaged in deceptive advertising and provides products that clearly don't do what they are advertised to do. Also, they claim to provide a 'money-back guarantee' if not happy - however they do NOT do so. Please save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere!

I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the warranty/after-sales process.

It’s unreasonable to expect a customer not to open and briefly test a product to confirm it works. I only used the glasses for about 30 seconds—just enough to put them on and realise they do not function as expected. After that, I immediately placed them back in the original packaging.

The product is in exactly the same condition as when I received it—no damage, no scratches, and all original packaging intact. This was not “use” in any meaningful sense, just a basic check to confirm functionality.

I also find it inappropriate that your team suggested I give the product to someone else. That is not a solution, especially when the item does not work.

At this point, I have lost confidence in both the product and your company’s support.

These people are fraudsters! My eyewear was represented to be "auto focus". What arrived is not auto focus and they are unusable. Everything is just a blur because they are fixed focus in a range that is unuseable. I have received five communications refusing a refund in which I have respectively been offered a refund of 20%, then 30%, then 40% and the latest is 50% on condition I pay return shipping. Since the product is defective I have been left with no option but to request a chargeback by my credit card.

But their disingenuous correspondence professing regret and offering to 'help' seems to be ai generated and intended to dissuade the customer from pursuing them.

Positive reviews of this so-called Smart Eyewear must all be fake since the product is complete rubbish!

The glasses don't work and now they won't respond to my many emails. Fraud!!!

I ordered 6 lip plumbing oil. I had a reaction to the oil. I emailed asking how to return unopened product. Was told could not return but offered me 10% refund. After refusing that offer they uped it to 20% refund. I have refused that as well.
I don't see why I can't return the unopened product.
I would not buy from this company!! Beware of the false statements on their refund policy. I have now been asked to update review as they agreed to give 30% refund. I am still not happy and would not recommend buying from this company. 30% refund is not good enough as I have product I can't use. It took my lips a couple of weeks to recover.

I purchased the eye glasses to help with reading,guaranteed to work, Dont help with sight at all,extremely disappointed considering the price.

Sent a message about temple fit; support suggested simple adjustment, offered exchange label, response came the same afternoon.
