Vital track BPM
After a recent hospital stay I was advised to check blood pressure frequently. On 20th March ordered Vital track Upper Arm Electronic Blood Pressure Monitor.
Checked Trustpilot and became concerned reading all the negative reviews. However the item arrived 22nd March. Unpacked, examined, read the comprehensive instructions. I am visually impaired and was still able to read them clearly. I have used it twice daily since then with readings remaining broadly consistent. The only deviation I make is that run the readings through the NHS check my blood pressure rather than the chart provided by Vital track. I cannot comment on the customer service aspect as yet have had no need to contact them. I’m very pleased with my purchase so far.
Not Good at all
Everything said here rings true. A lot of money for bog standard monitor. It has awful cuff that is not shaped, huge and uncomfortably large for normal people and a really cheap bag that comes apart. I also red in the blurb that it could connect to my phone but it doesn’t. When you ask to return for a refund you don’t hear another word. Everything said on TP I can relate to, judge.me seems totally incorrect and off the wall lets see if they publish my review on there!!!!

Excellent all round (Vitaltrack Pro and the service offered)
Based on my experience, it is very surprising to see all these negative reviews about Vitaltrack products and their services. I am writing this review not because I wanted to, but to provide an alternative experience.
I ordered the Vitaltrack Pro blood pressure machine two days ago without checking their reviews. After placing the order, I did not receive any email response with the order confirmation. At that point, I became suspicious and went straight to Trustpilot to check their reviews. Seeing the many negative reviews, I contacted my bank to cancel the payment which was still pending. I would say 'fortunately' the bank said they could not cancel a pending payment and advised me to wait until the payment had cleared.
Vitaltrack promised to deliver the product in two days but I received it today midday (a day earlier). The product is excellent with very consistent readings. It does not give wide variances irrespective of how many times it runs. I am super happy with the product and the readings it gives compared to Pro Logic blood pressure which I had earlier that used to produce figures with very wide variances.

I believe this is a scam. Wanted to return but no return address anywhere. Emailed, nothing. Phone just tells you to ring back. Why is this Company still on the internet. Am going to contact my bank. Need reporting for online fraud.

Within two days the unit stopped charging and I had to switch to batteries. I tried different cables and USB plugs but nothing worked. I have emailed the company twice and phoned on numerous occasions I have received no answer from the emails and every time you call a voice just says how important the call is to them and could we call back in 10 minutes and nobody ever answers. Really really rubbish company. Thank you

As all of the other reviews. A total scam to send you a cheap bit of plastic that just doesn’t work. No chance you can speak to anyone as it says line busy. I wonder why. No response to emails either.
100% Scam
This company are complete scammers. They offered a 90 day back money guarantee, but they didn't fulfill their pledge. I sent back their TENS machine - which was worse than useless - and I checked the Royal Mail delivery service that it was definitely returned to the address they provided. After I followed up on my non-repayment, they denied receiving delivery. Unfortunately, I can't find the postal receipt and they continue to deny refunding me my payment.

I hope I am not jumping the gun here. If I had read the trust pilot reviews before buying the Vitaltrack blood pressure monitor, I would have dropped it like a hot brick. However, We are where we are. Strange that I have read reviews on other platforms, most of which were positive.
Here is my own experience so far.
Ordering on line was simple, delivery was ahead of schedule and the product appears to be of very good quality. The only gripe I would have, is that the cuff is not that good because too much velcro seems to have been used. The bottom edge of the cuff is quite sharp and can also cut into your forearm. The tube is more than adequate in length as long as you sit in an upright chair close to a desk or table (which is what you are supposed to do anyway) with the regards to the instructions, yes they are overly complicated and the display etc could be larger, but the actual setting up itself is pretty straight forward. Once set up, things are very easy, the machine is almost silent and has a pretty quick operation. Obviously I cannot vouch for its accuracy other than its readings are pretty consistent. I am using it twice a day as my GP has requested. If it goes wrong and the company does not respond, then the heavens will descend as I am used to dealing successfully with uncooperative companies.
27/4/25 update
So far so good as they say. I had a medical episode where my blood pressure was taken in my home. Whilst the paramedics were here they requested to see and test my own monitor. It was within one unit both on the systolic and diastolic readings. Well pleased!

I bought the VitalTrack Pro Series TENS machine.
It has proved impossible to find a video explaining how to set it up on either YouTube or VitalTrack's site.
The instruction booklet is very complicated to understand, and the company does not reply when contacted.

I bought the blood pressure monitor with the understanding that I had 90 days to return it if it was not suitable. Within a week I emailed to say I wanted to return it. They immediately replied with postage details. I sent it, tracked. 2 weeks later, having heard nothing, I emailed. They ignored me. 2 weeks later I emailed again, they completely ignored me. It is impossible to contact them unless they are giving you the address to return it, once they have it, you don't exist to them. I raised a dispute with Amex, and now 2 months later, VitalTrack are demanding proof of postage, but only via Amex, I have never heard from them.

The customer service number seems to be a fraud. You just can't get through to them. And no response when you send email to the email address mentioned on site.
