What a shambles
What a shambles. Registered with this site, I like to play slots sometimes, and this was a new casino. They had the usual blurb about bonuses etc, none of which made much sense. Anyway, deposited usual small sum, didn't take long to lose it, hardly any payouts for my 40p stake. Then I looked for wherever the bonus stuff was, free spins etc. Couldn't find them. Got online chat, explained to agent what I was looking for. I then was told I had signed up for sports, not casino, and therefore was not eligible for the bonus. I explained,but Kevin just referred me to the t and c and basically said tough shit! Moral here, find any other site than this one.

Do not bet on this site. Very disappointing. It takes a matter of seconds to make deposits but as soon as you try to make a withdrawal you will encounter never ending problems. They will use all sorts of excuses such as technical and verification issues to prevent paying out to you even though they can make a quick payment to you by just providing your iban. I could not withdraw just under 200 euros. I have screenshots of my account activity and will report them unless I'm paid out soon. I assume all the positive reviews here are fraudulent or paid for. If I'm wrong and paid out I will delete this.

2- get totally verified with all documents including bank statements
3- play and win 5k
4- try to withdraw "TOTALLY VERIFIED" then get all kind of excuses and errors payment providers, then SEPA whatever. every single of withdrawal was refused.
5-contact the support many times - they will not help
6- they wait as long as they can so you can gamble away your winnings like many scam casinos.
I have proof that my account is verified I will sumit a complaint to the Irish regulator they should not be operating in Ireland with this scam tactics.
