VivatBet Ireland Avis

They offer an attractive welcome bonus but it's so restrictive and ambiguous. You have to verify your phone number before you place a bet...but to verify it, you have to look for the verification yourself in the settings, it doesn't just show up automatically. Also, the bonus comes with very restrictive T&Cs, not only what minimum odds, but you can only bet on certain markets. It's all very deceiving. I didn't get my welcome bonus although I was promised they will make an exception, as 'they often do' so it's not just me who falls for it. You basically have to jump through a whole bunch of hoops to get it. Most bookies make it simple to get your welcome bonus, Vivatbet does not.
Also, half the time the website is not accessible, connection times out.
Much, much better options out there that make your experience simple and enjoyable, not an obstacle course. And that are accessible all the time unlike Vivatbet that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Also, they don't even offer bet builders.

Has to be the worst betting site in the history of betting and that's saying something

I’ve tried to verify my account and it says I have completed all the steps then say it is temporarily unavailable. So I can’t withdraw the money I’ve made and I’ve emailed about what to do and have had no reply

One of the very best support teams ive ever came across completely understandable and extremely helpful, super fast zero time wasting.

Had an issue with a deposit around midnight. Didn’t expect much, but they replied quickly and fixed it without back and forth.

What I liked right away is how simple everything is. No need to dig through menus just to find a match. Placed my first bet within minutes. It feels like they actually thought about usability.

I mostly use the app and it runs clean. No freezes, even during busy matches, which surprised me.

The site works well overall. Had one slightly slow withdrawal, but support explained it and it wasn’t a big deal.

Placed a small bet just to test things, money came through the same evening. Didn’t expect it to be that fast.

False advertising, customer support agents lie. Terrible ui.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Genuinely brutal service. Apparently you need to sign up using gmail. I signed up using iCloud couldn’t withdraw and get my promotion finally swapped to Gmail. Got my free bets won 170 and now having trouble withdrawing. Says I need a google authenticator code but wasn’t even set up in the first place. Then I was told this was removed from my account which it very clearly wasn’t and am still having trouble withdrawing. Apparently passed on o so called tech team with no timeline.

Great app, very easy to use , 5 stars

They've lied and prolonged withdrawal process for my partner for 2 days currently. A lucky win on a free bet is all it took for them to take 'security' measure checks even tho account is fully verified and all documents in order. Avoid at all cost they only want your money !

Their reviews are fake everyone. All of their games are fixed as well. Stay well away, do not sign up just I promise you don’t.

Not usually 1s for a review but Vivabet by far is the best Bookmakers out there in terms of not messing about with withdrawal just simply pay you what you win very fast Also Ian from the customer service is a legend and goes above and beyond for you unbelievable experience so far 5 stars

This app is very helpful, instant withdraw is a great feature and it also gives out some great boosters and promotions

This site simply cannot be trusted. It’s a scam site, they do not reward bonus, they do offer promotions, it’s constant lies, even when screenshots are provided they still lie, I caught Ian out with lies he told me this morning, sent his the screenshot of the lies, and he told me to withdraw funds and close the account, which I’ll do. 100% do not trust. 100% a scam company

Opened an account, made 1400 profit and now want to withdraw my balance. Was informed I needed to provide bank statement and Id, provided that and was informed I could now withdraw. Am still unable to withdraw my funds, saying on site I need to provided documents but I have already done this. My emails are now getting ignored.

DO NOT USE, All the odds are manufactured, the site lags in general, slots and casino are a joke, take take take, leaves you place a bet on games that would have finished, they don't give you the proper bonus stated on their page, it's just another one of those non regulated sites that should be taken down immediately if the gambling commissioner got hold of them
