I will never use this company again!!
The customer service I have received is disgraceful. Everytime I call they cannot give me any update or they can’t put me through to the complaints manager who is dealing with my complaint. he never calls back when he says he will. I got this car and have had nothing but problem and only had it around 5 and half months. The cars timing chain snapped and wasn’t recovered until 3 weeks later, the case has been going on for 6 weeks and I’ve been left with no vehicle and because I’m going through a rejection they wouldn’t help me with a hire car.
I have lost 4 weeks of earnings at work as it’s impossible for me to get to work. I also paid £210 for a service on the car when I purchased it as it was advertised with full service history but it wasn’t. It’s cost me £100 to cancel the car insurance, and all the finance who work with vision are offering me is £100 compensation. They had said I won’t get any money back for loss of earnings or the service. There also charging me mileage which I understand but the mileage was not only used by me it was the dealership too.
I would definitely not recommend this company they are rude and not helpful at all. There communication is shocking. All there bothered about is receiving there payments for the finance. But how is anyone supposed to pay this if they are not of work and only receiving half pay!

They advertise their Apr rates as 9.8% for those with an excellent credit score (which I have). When I found my dream car they came back with a rate of 14.9%! No thanks, the car dealer managed to beat their quote by 4%.

I have used Vizion Autos for my last 2 vehicle purchases and I got to say hands down of the best and most professional company out there, easiest process when it comes to getting finance and best believe I will be using them very very soon again for my next vehicle finance. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Vizion. No time wasting and waiting around, Aaron helped me get out my old car and in my new car the same day!

Average at best, had an issue with the car a month or so ago, luckily it was simple enough for me to fix/replace. However I had only purchased the car a month previous to it going wrong.

Supposedly had a service at 101k yet I have only done 7k and the oil light has come on.

Just palmed me off first time around so haven't bothered since, and have had endless issues with the car!

Awful please avoid at all costs. Purchased a car via this broker in July 2023. Car had issues from the third week with brake rumbling and vibration throughout. Contact the dealer CAR 4 YOU Birmingham (Also avoid) who didnt take any responsibility for the issues even though it was well within the 6 month period by law. Tried calling Vizion on multiple occasions after leaving multiple voice mails and emails still no response. AWFUL AFTER CARE dont even bother...... Now steppiing in after Motor Ombudsman involved. Never answer their phones and most of the time hang up when you do get through PLEASE AVOID

Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs.

Issue ongoing with dealer since May. It’s now mid November and my car still doesn’t work despite being in warranty when the issues occurred. I’m now approx £4,000 down with no assistance at all. Every attempt at communication has failed.

I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding this company at all costs. I would have saved myself thousands If I never bothered. They also said they'd send me £50 as an apology which feels like an insult considering how much i've lost / they owe me. But surprise surprise, 5.5 weeks after being told the money would be sent... nothing. AVOID

Imara made my experience great! She was unreal with her service. So efficient and responsive to my questions. Can’t believe how smooth everything ran because of the competent and friendly service she provide me with. She absolutely deserves a pay rise and to be recognised for her consistently great work. An asset to the company! (Initial date of experience was on the 26 until today the 8th of September.)

AVOID!! Scam Artist... promise a lot of thing and don't deliver nothing.

Aaron was amazingily professional, explaining the process of finance for my purchase, with honesty and clarity.
Aaron reassured me that I can contact him at anytime if I had any queries, that put my mind at ease.
Aaron went out of his way to find out information on my behalf from the seller, that really helped as I was not always available to make or take calls due to work commitments.
I would also like to add that Aaron is a fine example of a customer service agent for the finance company and should put him forward for recognition and as an example for what it takes to be an excellent agent having communication skills with effective and efficient.
I wish Aaron the very best and hope he.continues to make people happy and reassured.

I have had a fantastic service from Ryan today. He has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism on his work. He treated me with so much respect and professionally. Ryan is a cut above the rest. If there were many like him, the world would be a better place. It was such a phenomenal experience.
