Very agressive business owner who does not know how to talk to customers. Very rude. Not working within the laws of the business with incorrect refund rules. They will be reported to Trading Standards as regards to there policies. I had bought a bat 2 days ago to ask for a refund as my son didnt like the bat. The bat being un-used and delcined a refund and turned aggressive as soon as i asked for a refund.

When I ordered options for delivery came through straight away, all of which suit my needs! Options such as deliver to neighbour or get delivered on wed, thurs! Very good service!!

Good service and fast delevary but you need to give exactly delivary cost for your itemes specially for international customers they have not idea about the delivary cost.
