This is the message I received from VKS before Xmas.
Please note we are based in the UK and to send this to Australia would be very expensive. We are therefore cancelling your order, unless to you wish to pay the charges.
Whilst clear and concise - I actually found the message quite offensive - to cancel the order before I had time to consider my options - I did not find your company at all helpful and would not consider 'attempting' to purchase anything again!

Thank you for taking the time to complete this review.
I am very sorry to hear, you felt we were rude. That was not our intention at all, so please accept our sincere apologies if thats how our message came across.
Having looked into this, I can see that you ordered a Water Bottle for £4.99 and the reason that we wrote to you, was because the delivery charges to Australia, would have been £15, some 3 times the value of the item ordered. It is for this reason that we felt it best to cancel your order, although our message to you did ask you if you still wished to proceed.

Got what we wanted quickly and good price.
Checked a few sites for a new cricket bag for my son. VKS had the bag we wanted and it was a competitive price. Once ordered the bag arrived promptly and my son was very happy with it.
