VK Smile Studio - Dental Health Clinics Avis 

From speaking to Karim in our home city 9 months ago to coming over in January to meet with everyone in Antalya and start the process & then returning in June to get everything finished by the professional dental staff there.
I was totally overwhelmed by the care and professionalism shown by everyone at the dental surgery, a special mention must go out to Beyza & Emine whose attention to detail is like nothing I have ever experienced before, they are an absolute credit to the company. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this dental surgery to anyone who is nervous or unsure about who to choose for their dental treatment. I am beyond thrilled with my final results, VKSmile have in fact given me back my smile.

Just had my final permanent teeth from vk smile studio and I couldnt be any happier with the whole experience from when I started in January up to now,
I had all on 6 top and bottom and many extractions plus sinus lifts and bone grafts,sounded a bit daunting but the team at vk put me at ease and answered all my questions no matter what time I asked them, as soon as I arrived at their studio to commence treatment all the staff went above and beyond to keep my fear of the dentist at bay and I have to say it was a great experience "didn't think id ever say that about a visit to the dentist" everyone was so professional with their roles and more than that they were all so friendly and eager to help in anyway they could, the entire place was spotlessly clean and a big shout out to the cleaners for doing a good job, i would highly recommend VK smile to anyone and everyone who reads this, i am over the moon with my new smile that I never thought could be possible, thanks again to all the staff at vk smile, I wish you all continued success for now and the future.

Well I had been researching vk smile for a few yrs…and after a really bad experience with another dentist…Vksmile took over and gave me a smile am so so happy with…their entire team is outstanding the service the quality of dental treatment is nothing like have ever experienced before…I thought my dentist in Liverpool was really good but Vksmile is on another level…the care and treatment well there are no words to cover how I truly feel…they gave me my confidence back in jst 3 days …and my treatment isn’t complete..my temporary teeth are just wow…so am really excited for my final teeth when I return in September! Aggressive sales pitch, zero empathy, and physical discomfort.
I recently attended a consultation at VK Smile Studio in Leicester, and it was a genuinely awful experience. It felt like a high-pressure sales pitch rather than a professional medical assessment.The dentist lacked any empathy and rushed through the process. I was only in the chair for about two minutes. During the examination, he pulled so aggressively with force the corners of my mouth that he actually split the skin open.When I asked questions about the treatment, he completely refused to answer them. He also refused to provide any official, written breakdown of the costs or what the treatment actually involved. Instead, I was handed a cheap, generic hand written photocopied piece of paper with the final price, how many days I would have to be in Turkey, with my name handwritten at the top. Despite this lack of basic transparency, they immediately pushed me to pay a deposit on the spot to book further treatment. A dental consultation should be a safe, transparent environment based on patient care and trust. This was purely about securing money. I felt pressured, ignored, and physically hurt. Avoid this place if you want a professional, caring dentist who respects your health and your questions. Dental surgery is a massive decision, which requires transparency and trust.

Fantastic company first class service

Because I live in the Netherlands and only speak basic English, this journey was extra exciting and a little scary for me.

Before deciding to go to Antalya, I discussed my plans with my own dentist in the Netherlands. She supported my decision because she knows my dental history and is available for aftercare if needed, which is quite exceptional in the Netherlands.

From the very beginning, I had a good feeling. My contact person answered all my questions and, after overcoming a few concerns, I decided to take the plunge.

I travelled to Antalya alone (72 years). At the airport, a VIP transfer was waiting for me, and I truly felt like a queen. The driver took me to the hotel reserved by the clinic. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and flexible. I highly recommend it. I only discovered after three days that I could actually walk to the clinic, but I was picked up and dropped off every day, which was excellent. I will be staying at the same hotel again when I return in four months.

There were a few things I found challenging during my journey. There did not seem to be a very clear structure or plan for each appointment or stage of the treatment, so it was sometimes difficult for me to understand what would happen next. Eventually, I learned that you simply need to trust the process and go with it.

Every day, the clinic sent me a message with the approximate time the taxi would arrive, and most of the time the drivers were punctual. Only once did I have to wait for three hours, and unfortunately, there was no communication about the delay.

The implantologist placed 11 implants. He is highly skilled, and you can clearly tell that he has a lot of experience. This gave me great confidence and made me feel comfortable during the treatment.

From the beginning until the end of my first visit, the service, care, and dedication have been excellent. The entire team is professional, friendly, and very helpful. The clinic genuinely cares about its patients and treats everyone like a VIP. You can truly feel their commitment and personal approach.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental treatment combined with excellent customer service.

From first day on arrival was treated like a king amazing. I had 6 on 6 treatment with bone graft had all my teeth pulled out did not feel any pain wat so ever could not believe it my self great job. Was given temporary teeth where I had stitches I didn’t even try to put them in once stitches were gone they fitted perfectly. Second visit again treated like royalty amazing no pain again it took me 2 years to do this was worried all I did was waste 2 years 100 % best decision I made was going to vk smiles recommend to anyone and everyone don’t hesitate all staff and dentist best at wat they do. Forever thankful

Very welcoming people. Very professional and made me feel at ease. The treatment was first class and I was brought to and from the dentist every day with luxury transport. I have left with temporary teeth and look forward to coming back to get my finished zirconia set in four months. Highly recommend.

I had the first stage of my treatment in February, which included an All-on-6 upper arch, four lower implants, a sinus lift, and a bone graft. As a solo female traveller, I couldn't have felt more cared for throughout the entire process.
After returning home, I had several questions about the healing process, as I was concerned that some of the symptoms I was experiencing might not be normal. The team responded within an hour each time, providing reassurance and support.
I also attended a follow-up appointment at the UK clinic, where scans confirmed that everything was healing well. I am now looking forward to returning in September for the final stage of my treatment.
The level of care and professionalism I have experienced has been so impressive that my husband is now considering travelling out in January next year for crowns, having seen first-hand how well I have been looked after throughout my treatment journey.

The service and treatment i have received has been second to none. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. The clinic is absolutely spotless, so so clean. Extremely happy with everything! Cannot recommend VK Smile enough

I'll start by saying that my final results are excellent. I'm genuinely very happy with my new teeth. The staff were brilliant from my first visit to my last, and everyone in the clinic was friendly, helpful and professional.

As for the journey itself, I'll mention a few things in the hope they can improve the experience for future patients. This part was a little difficult at times. There didn't seem to be a clear structure or plan communicated for each visit or stage of treatment, so it was often hard to understand what would be happening at each appointment. In the end, I found that you just have to trust the process and go along with it.

The clinic did message me with pick-up times for each appointment, but on two occasions I waited more than two hours, and on another day I wasn't picked up at all and had to wait until the following day. Unfortunately, there wasn't much communication about the delays or why the pick-up didn't happen.

That said, I don't feel these issues warrant anything less than a 5-star review. I travelled for high-quality dental treatment and that's exactly what I've come home with. My final teeth look fantastic, and the staff in the clinic were genuinely lovely throughout. The UK aftercare is yet to be tested, but based on my experience so far, I'm very happy with the treatment and the results.

Since I arrived at the Airport been treated like a king . The staff speak very good English and answered any question I asked the procedure was painless. Im very happy with my new smile and I would recommend 1000% . Thank youvk smile 😃
