I travelled alone to recieve treatment in Antalya from London. I had agreed a price and was taken in to pay the fee. Even though I was not receiving any additional treatment I was told I would have to pay £1400 more. When I refused to agree they tried to bring the price down but I told them I would not pay a penny more than agreed. So after minutes of disagreement they said I would have to pay £500 more. So I refused and left the premises.
I am a 64 year old woman who went to Antalya on my own and was treated very disrespectfully. I had to change flights and come home the next day. Is this how you run a business VK Smile ?

I finished my treatment with VK Smile in January 2026, I started in August 2025. I entered that clinic as a really nervous patient with no confidence, I left it in January a completely different person. The moment I contacted VK the efficiency of the staff has been brilliant. My dental plan changed when I got there but I understand why! The staff are amazing and that’s from the manager , drivers, receptionist’s, interpreter’s, cleaning staff, the ladies that make you drinks. The dentists are amazing at what they do. I had invasive surgery and I can honestly say I’d minimum pain through out the whole process. The clinic itself is absolutely spotless! I’ve already recommended others who have since started treatment with VK and I’ve others interested in going out. I’d recommend VK Smile 100 percent to anyone. Thanks to them for giving me my life back 🥰

24 teeth removed and 6 uppers and lowers.
Been for my first visit so far with 24 teeth out and had 6 uppers and lowers fitted. Looks all good so far as on my temps and can eat pretty normally, met many people during my stay who have come back for their permanents and all very happy how its gone and saw some amazing end results. Just can't wait for my mouth to fully heal for my permanents but very happy so far.

£8000 down the drain
£8000 down the drain. Ruined my teeth and they also broke. I had to return to Antalya a 3rd time to a new company to fix my smile. Their original trustpilot page was stopped from allowing reviews as they're were falsified reviews everywhere. Do lots of research, especially on the Facebook groups as they will all testify that VK Smile is not what it is made out to be. I can verify that. My price was also increased when I went out first visit. This happens all the time with them. I also had an implant removed without them informing me. When I found out this was just waved aside as if it was no big deal.

The pressure put on me after my x-ray for a price increase of £1600. When I refused it was taken down to £1100. Again I refused and was told final offer of £600. Stuck alone in a foreign country after years of saving for a treatment puts you in a very sticky situation.
VK had their original Trustpilot page taken down for falsifying reviews. Not my words .....Trustpilot ! I was only offered my broken to be fixed by VK a week after I first called them and when they first broke i called and txt them numerous times. This was ignored and no help was offered. It was only when I went to Turkey to a new company 1 week later and after having put up a negative review that they got in touch. The negative review on Trustpilot bothered them more than my broken teeth.
When I put this review up here I got a phone call from the Leicester branch saying this company was nothing to do with VK Smile in Turkey and would I please take down the review. How did they get my number if they were nothing to do with VK Smile ? And as usual, the lies still shine through...it's the same company. When I refused to take down my original review VK tried to bribe me with money. Every time I refused they offered a little more. And I kept declining.
Please avoid this company.

Our clinical logs and signed consent forms comprehensively contradict your claim that an implant was removed without your knowledge.
Additionally, our pricing is strictly transparent. Your claim of an unjustified price increase upon arrival is entirely false; all treatment plans and costs are finalized and mutually agreed upon prior to any procedure.
As part of our strict aftercare protocol, we directly invited you back to our clinic for a comprehensive assessment and to address any concerns. You explicitly declined this clinical offer, chose to visit a third-party facility without our supervision, and subsequently made unjustified financial demands.
We maintain strict, international medical protocols. While we respect genuine patient experiences, we cannot accept baseless accusations of medical malpractice or financial coercion. Our compliance team has full documentation of your entire treatment history.
