V Lead Services are scammers!!! Beware
Do not sign up with any lead business from India. These guys are scammers for sure. I will never ever sign up with anyone with an accent. I was a sucker for giving them $300.

It’s a platform that actually generates leads that you’re able to see. You’re also able to verify and accept the leads. Or you can reject them if they come out to not being viable. You have the final site and whether that lead actually is a lead that will count towards your purchased number of leads or not unless you get the unlimited package. You’ll also get to see ones that they’ve rejected in a difference between buyers and sellers. They come in a live document that is constantly updated and you can see them making changes and adding people to your lead sheet you know people are actually working for you. They give you a team to focus on your lead generation and the most important thing I like about them is That none of the people that I have spoken with have been called by any other realtor from this lead generation service so they are not leads that are bought and sold to thousands of other realtors giving you seconds to reach out to get them. These are freshly generated leads that have verbally accepted a realtor to call and talk to them about their future move..

My experience has been positive
My experience has been positive. All of the leads are legitimate however at times seller say they want to sell but when I call they aren’t immediately ready so you may need to court some of them for a while . Add them to yourCRM and develop a relationship and call them every now and then to check on their temperature. Sales people with the company are courteous. I enjoy working with them

VLeads Rock.
He gave me leads as he promised. He communicated, very polite and profesdional. He showed how much he cared for people/ customers. While other companies, took money and did not provide leads. But V Leads was the one who made it happen. I would recommend him to everyone. I have already spoken to few realtors.

Great lead source!
Bilal and his team worked with my very limited budget and have provided me with more leads than what I signed up for. These have been more qualified leads than other lead sources I was paying significantly more for and I don't have to try to beat another agent to the phone to answer the lead because V Leads is verifying the leads and only sending them to ONE agent. Bilal has been very hands on, accommodating, and available to ensure satisfaction with their services. I have not closed one yet but am hopeful that I will in the very near future!

This company delivers as promised
This company delivers as promised. I'm a Realtor in central Virginia and these guys are out there doing the hard work of making home seller calls so we, the licensed professionals, can follow up warmly. I like the interactive Google Docs spreadsheet and the live calls recording available as a link integrated into the Google sheet CRM. Customer service is excellent by phone and by text. There is also a referral rewards offering I tapped into.
