System worked flawlessly & Support team was great
It took some time to complete the porting but once that was achieved the system worked well and has continued to do so for the last two days. The support team always responded very quickly to any questions I had.

Possible Deal Breaker
I do not like the fact that if more than 10 digits are entered it is assumed to be an international number. In fact, I will probably find another company because of it. With today's voice systems it is not unusual to have to reply to several prompts by selecting numbers on the dial pad when contacting a company. Those additional numbers are automatically added to the phone number by me phone, When I attempt to redial such a number Voiply assumes it is an international phone number and charges me for the call. I did not have that with Vonage and it may well be a deal breaker

So many VOIP companies to choose from…
So many VOIP companies to choose from but this small scale business had everything we needed at a reasonable price. What stands them apart is the support. The plug and play would have worked if I had the correct apparatus on our end. The live chat techs stayed with me with suggestions and advice until it all worked well. Note the problem was always on my end. Nice to have courteous and knowledgeable persons to work with.
