I got great help, but I am still waiting for All my phone phones to work properly

Worst company I have ever worked with!
After the payment they blocked all my phone numbers due to "fraudulent" activity, but they have all the records of our calls that simply show our daily business activities ( we are an experienced dispatch enterprise)

We requested a phone number be ported…
We requested a phone number be ported on the 16th when we ordered the Voiply equipment. The phone still is not working yet. We keep getting told we will be notified when everything is done.
Now in 14 days we will be charged another months fees and still no phone.
I am satisfied so far with VOIPLY.

The ease of hooking up the units and the simple instructions My only disappointment was I thought it would come with a phone but it was not promised my bad
Everything arrived on time and setup…
Everything arrived on time and setup was easy. The phone system has been working well for two weeks. The only thing we do not like is that you can't access voice messages with your landline phone. They come via email. Although message notification does come via SMS text, you can only send notifications to one cell phone.
Down time refund
Line went out for a day. Could not make calls or get calls. Do you refund your down time?
Incoming Call Issue From Our Cell Phones.
Upon setup of the equipment, we wanted to test VOIPly with a new number before porting our present number over from OOMA. We could call out successfully, but the VOIPly system would not accept incoming calls from our Consumer Cellular cell phones. After many days of trying, tech support was unable to help us with the issue, and ultimately blamed the issue on our cell carrier. We have had OOMA VOIP for nine years with zero issues with our cell carrier. Overall, it was a total failure, and we ended up dropping the idea of a landline and settled for the use of our cell phones only. They did refund our money, though we were charged $5.99 to ship the equipment back. I had high hopes for VOIPly, but it did not work as expected. If you have Consumer Cellular, be prepared to possibly have to work through some issues. I can only hope this was an isolated incident that may be rectifiable. For my wife and myself, we lost confidence in the service and could not continue.
Beginning to end was an easy process

Simple to port my phone number. Simple to hook up the equipment. Simple to pay the bills. Simple to use. Great quality phone service, and great value. I should have signed up with Voiply a long time ago.
