Professional and great service
I have been using Awais for quite some time now and he has been excellent in his support and advice. He has helped me with energy suppliers and getting me a better deal than most brokers out there by being very transparent with everything.
I would highly recommend his services as he is very professional and easy to work with.

Uwais assisted me with finding a new…
Uwais assisted me with finding a new supplier but failed to mention that the commission charged is included in the agreed unit rate! If my consumption of electric is more than estimated then he gets more commission!!
At no point did Uwais mention this to me prior to agreeing the contract. When i asked Uwais why i was not advised of this he said it was included in the contract!
I believe you should be advising your customers of this yourself and not just read the small prints!

Awesome service - year after year
I have been using this companies services for the last 4 years. One of the great things of dealing with them is their proactive approach. They notify me when my energy / utilities deals are about to expire and recommend the next best deal. A few times I have tried to find a better deal - but I have never been able to beat their offers. Good customer service Awez was great and Handle my difficulties were nicely and gave me Wright advice. Which solved all my problems we have two stores and Voixenergy is looking after them where nicely and keep updating me on the contract and rates also.
