John Baldwin
John Baldwin, the Vokera engineer, came to replace the PCB board on our air source heat pump. He was a brilliant engineer—professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the visit. He talked us through the installation step by step, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what he was doing. His workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. I would highly recommend John for his expertise and outstanding customer service

Excellent customer service
We have a maintenance contract on our central heating boiler with Vokera. The engineer, Steve Longstaff has serviced and carried out any necessary repairs for the last 10 years. He has always been punctual, professional but just as important has been friendly and reliable.

We have the boiler serviced every year with Vokera,
Andrew comes to service the boiler each time, always solves problems perfectly, has a friendly manor and always very helpful.
Andrew always rings half an hour before he arrives to let us know he is on his way.

Boiler annual service carried out by Alan McD today. Have been with this company for 12 years and always found them to be pleasant, reliable & efficient. If parts are required they usually have them in the van, without the need to go away & order resulting in another visit unlike the previous company I put up with for many years.

Very good service! The Engineer Steven Langstaff arrived exactly within the quoted time slot after he called me. he was polite, efficient, and performed the annual service without any fuss. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me some really useful advice about optimizing my heating system. Thank you Vokera to employ this man.

Volera water heater is the biggest pile…
Volera water heater is the biggest pile of shit going, avoid like the plague, it doesn't regulate the temperature, its either scalding hot or stone cold. Put up with it for about 3 years now and it will soon be off to the rubbish tip.
