Volices Avis 

The Seiko SSC 911 on the Volice website incorrectly lists the watch as having a "White" dial. So, I ordered. The watch has a Silver dial.
Ive been trying for weeks trying to get a return label from Volices.
Volices customer service through support is terrible.
Ive sent in the requested photos of the watch and haven't heard anything in weeks.
Felt like I had no choice but to start a dispute wIth Affirm.

Awful Company, and horrbile shipping time, fake watches as well

From start to finish my experience was terrible. It took nearly a month to receive the watch I ordered, which is because their products ship from China. This was a red flag to me concerning the product’s authenticity. I didn’t open the package once it arrived and asked for a return label, but was told I needed to send extensive pictures and video of the product before they would send the label. I’m still waiting on the return label. This company is shady and I do not recommend purchasing any items from them.

Post sale customer service is non-existent. The seller failed to respond to any of my correspondence requesting a return for goods that did not match website description, and in my opinion, appear to be counterfeit goods. The sellers customer service team was very responsive pre/mid-sale, but as soon as they got my money, they stopped talking to me. Now I’m having to deal with ShopPay and my credit card company to try and get a refund.

Not sure this is a real company. My order stated it was accepted and shipped, then zero movement. At least they refunded my order when I followed up weeks later.

I have placed order for 2 x watches but only 1 received.
Contacting support multiple times but no response. Worst support I have ever experienced.

Never received the watch, my order was canceled, the watch sold out, and I never got a response about why any of this happened. The ordered was shipped but nothing after that.

I received a counterteit Tissot chronograph watch. Watch had upside down fixed bezel! Serial number check with Tissot indicated the number on watch was already used by another owner! These people should be immediatley shut down from online sales. Watches aren’t coming from New Jersey. Counterfeit watches from elsewhere(they wont say where watch came from when requested numerous times)

Shipping time horrible. Customer service response time horrible. Watches are counterfeit. Customer service responds friendly and pretends to help, but as soon as I requested a refund, I was ghosted so I had to chargeback. Do not order from them. Any look at their watches and you can tell it is counterfeit.

It took an extremely long time for delivery. I got an email apologizing saying that this one slipped through the cracks. I don't know if I would order another watch from them.

Unbeatable price for the watch I bought. However, the shipping times are a bit too long. It took three weeks to deliver the item I ordered. To their credit, Volices advised that they had changed their overseas carrier. Yes, the items likely are shipped from China, although Volices will not tell you that. The warranty card for my watch was empty so it’s likely a grey market item although Volices states they handle warranty claims themselves. However, they will have to determine if the item qualifies for warranty in the first place. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a good watch at an almost unbeatable price, this is your place.

The watch is great but I didn't receive it when promised. I had a very important interview and paid for the expedited shipping. The expedited shipping costs were refunded when the schedule was missed. I was given a new date but it still took another week after that. Terrible

Do not order from them. SCAM company. Needed to file a PayPal dispute. They will not deliver and they sell counterfeit watches.

I received the watch and no longer needed it. I attempted to contact Volices through their email from their website to start the return process and have had no response for 2 days now. I tried live support and I was told I should receive a response 24 hrs after my initial email was sent and still no response. I am very disappointed with how customer service is being handled and I am looking into taking further action.

I ordered a Seiko watch on the 10th of Oct received a tracking number the next day. 10 days later I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and no reason given! Later that day I received another email saying that my order was cancelled at my request which I did not do! No phone number available to call and that my refund could take up to days! Don't waste your time with these folks!

I ordered a watch and they never sent it. They provided some fake tracking number that didn’t update for weeks so I canceled the order and disputed the charge with my bank. Pay more and actually get your product. Shady as hell business.

The watch arrived and it is 100% a superfake clone from China. Everything about packaging, to bezel/timer misalignments on the watch, to the warranty card(shows 520S1 as a code, common in fake chinese clone watches) make it blatantly obvious it is fake. Not only was I not given the watch i ordered, it took them 3 weeks to deliver a FAKE after a 2-4 day shipping estimate. Customer service is slow and the number given is unresponsive(Whatsapp and not an actual number). Watches came from China confirmed by carrier Slow Sheep. Do NOT purchase from here.

Never received the watch I ordered. Contacted them and they gave an excuse that they were "changing their transportation partner". Was not given a new tracking number and was told to "expect it sometime next week". I would stay away from purchasing anything from this site.

*Update: Volices came through and delivered the watch I purchased and provided great customer service interaction.
