Wrong part supplied and very poor customer service
Unfortunately, the customer service was also very disappointing. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. He didn't listen to the issue I was explaining, and when I asked for his name, he refused to provide it.
I have also sent emails regarding the issue and received no proper response.
For an expensive specialist solar system, I expect the correct parts to be supplied and professional after-sales support when there is a problem.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Voltacon.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional
I contacted Voltacon regarding a technical issue with my Solis solar inverter and CT readings. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to did not properly listen to or understand the issue I was explaining. Instead of taking the time to understand the problem and investigate it, I was repeatedly given responses that did not address the actual issue.
The attitude on the phone was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I also asked for the person's name, but he refused to provide it, which I found completely unacceptable.
I wasn't expecting miracles — I simply wanted someone to listen to the technical problem and provide proper support. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
When you spend a significant amount of money on specialist solar equipment, you expect the company to provide professional after-sales support when you have a genuine technical issue.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Voltacon based on the customer service I received.

Mr Mahmood Ismail, We have the voice recording which is intimidating and racist, we will pass this to the right organisation to handle your rude and inappropriate behaviour To keep record and to make sure we share the right information we always advise customers to email us, we deal with electricity and sensitive electronics phone advices can be overlooked or misunderstood for that reason we strongly recommend you to email. I do not think it is based on genuine experience, technical matters are solved immediately via email

Pretty useless guy in communication doesn't know his job!
Poor communication when I bought my second lot of solar panel mounting brackets.never sent them a week after I paid but got told they weren't compatible with my first purchase but they were going to be stand alone so finally got them but poor quality will have to strengthen them myself.wont be dealing anymore with them.

If you are using micro inverter…
If you are using micro inverter definitely I can confirm 👍 that you will have more electricity than from others inverters and is very stable minimum 20 percent more efficient and very stable.
