I had ordered a Solar part back in March 26, customer support had notified me that even though I had ordered the part, it was no longer available. I said I would get back to them with an alternative replacement part required. I didn't get back to them, until July 26 when I had realised I hadn't got back to them.

I contacted the support team and explained there situation, a full refund was issued within a matter of hours.

Delivered a damaged panel. In fairness it was replaced quickly however I spent weeks and weeks with many messages, calls and assurances trying to get it collected and taken away against great resistence from the seller to take responsibility for it. Eventually resolved and taken away.

Finding these mounting Brackets for Trapezoidal Steel Roofs on the internet was very helpful, the ordering was easy , the delivery was quick and the the brackets were easy to fit. A good company to deal with.

Panels arrived in good condition ( still to check outputs though) . Only concern was lack of detailed delivery information ( tracking info did not give any estimate of delivery date), however contact was made by delivery company a day before arrival and also from about a half hour before drop off.
