Great salesman Thomas, explained all thoroughly.
Three engineers fitted the wire and small box and modem. Sam, simon and Christo were really great men, friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and after speedy installation made sure I was happy and knew how to work and continue.
Amazing service, I now have 200 + download speed from a very slow 44.

My call to Voneus turned out to be a positive experience because Adam, the technical customer operations specialist was prepared to be patient and persistent and clearly wanted to rectify the situation. He phoned me back a few times and was willing to go over the tasks required regarding the router in a clear and friendly manner. He made the problem seem manageable and was ultimately successful in sorting out the problem for which I'm very grateful!
