purchase of a 2 in l trimmer in April…
I purchased a 2 in l trimmer in April 2026, used it a couple of times then put away as no growth in the heat. Recently attempted some trimming but machine kept cutting out, I contacted customer service who responded by return, advising a refund, no need to return faulty item. I would definitely order from Vonhaus again, good service all round

Ordered a Gazebo, got a BBQ cover
I have ordered two items from Vonhaus this year and both transactions had issues. Firstly ordered a gazebo and was sent a BBQ cover! Secondly ordered a ladder when was delayed in transit. Contacting Vonhaus can only be done by email, which doesn’t help with customer service. Both issues were addressed and sorted, but disappointing nevertheless.

Poor quality outdoor covers
I purchased patio and BBQ covers recently.
Unfortunately, they are not the grey heavy duty ones I had previously ordered.
These are green plastic looking material far inferior to the ones I had.
When ordering, the pictures online are of the same grey colour and quality that I had ordered previously.
On opening the parcels I was extremely disappointed with the quality and the colour.
Such a shame as Vonhaus had never let me down with past orders.

Really good product
Great ordering service, prompt delivery. I purchased a pole hedge trimmer with 2 batteries. I have used the trimmer several times, the battery lasts really well, it cuts well and I have found through thicker branches than stated. I am a fit 68 year old woman and have no issue with the weight and balance. Although up high it does give some muscle burn which is probably not a bad thing. I would recommend this product for use and performance.🙂

Reported a problem on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm. I did not expect a response before the weekend. How wrong was I.
A couple of e mails with the last being at 11 13 pm Friday confirming a replacement.
Fantastic customer service, the best I have seen and I worked in retail over 40 years.

Lovely looking stainless steel serving jug. I was however quite disappointed when It arrived, as the description fails to let you know that the top part of the jug is actually some sort of moulded hard plastic. I could have returned it but couldn't be bothered with all the hastle

I have received a refund
I have contacted VonHaus after a Von Haus dehumidifier has stooped working. I have tried to get refund through Debenhams online where I purchased the dehumidifier but after months of emails which Debenhams has not replied to, contacting customer support chat where I have been ignored as a last resort I have contacted Von House as the manufacturer of the product which was still under the guarantee. After the disappointment with Debenhams I have not expected much but was very positively surprised as VonHaus customer service has replied very promptly and efficiently. Within a week my refund was on my bank account! Thank you so much!

Perfect
We had a three seater bench bought for us, when we tried to get a cover, it was very difficult. The sizes were all wrong, however we found this Vonhaus, it is wonderful, fits perfectly and looks good. Thank you.
