Delayed delivery thanks to Evri
I really wish Vonhaus would use another courier as Evri is shocking. My parcel was due to be delivered 03.09.2026, however I received a message to say my parcel had been delayed and would be delivered the next working day. The 04th came and went and still no parcel, so I opened a chat on the Evri website and it stated my parcel had missed it's connection. Waited in Saturday and Sunday in case my parcel appeared. nope. Monday 07th, checked the tracking to which it hadn't changed, to which I thought my parcel was gone. At around 16:00 heard a knock on my door and it had finally arrived!
I had bought the 4 Step Steel Ladder and it's just what I need, very handy and I like that it's slim so I can easily store this away.
The website says it's light weight at 7.29kg but I think the step ladder is pretty heavy..guess I'm just weak.

Pole extender arrived quickly and…
Pole extender arrived quickly and assembled easily. Only used once but did exactly what I wanted in reaching laurel leaves several feet away on top of hedge.

Ordered a hedge cutter through the range, turns out it’s actually Vonhaus.
Never delivered.
The range says nothing to do with them.
Vonhaus say they don’t accept order numbers from the range to process refund.
Money gone and nothing delivered.

I highly recommend vonhaus’ products and customer service. I ordered some airtight glass containers which arrived damaged (I assume the courier may have had an accident in the pouring rain when putting the box down). Vonhaus were so helpful and sent a replacement even though it wasn’t their fault. I just like a simple life, so to get this response was so reassuring and the product surpassed my expectations: good quality, looks really nice and easy to use. The containers are already full of food. I can transfer the dishes from oven to table to fridge to freezer to dishwasher with ease (& relevant cooling times). Bought via Tesco marketplace, will definitely use again.

The communication was excellent. After placing the order, I realised that the product wasn't right; I contacted customer support and they immediately cancelled my order and refunded the money. I then ordered something else from them. Very efficient, excellent service.

The bin is an excellent choice for our new, rather small kitchen area. It is being used to accept general rubbish as well as different categories of recyclables. After only a short period of use it has become a very useful addition to our new flat. The express delivery was also much appreciated.

Awful company avoid at all costs
Awful company, the customer service is non existent.
They supply cheap goods made in China and ship out of Manchester.
The goods have poor durability and will not last.
I have now involved the trading standards, they are that bad.

Good Hedge fund....hope so
Received the long reach hedge trimmer within the expected delivery time. Unpacked the box to check items matched contents list - all good. The hedge trimmer is very well made and simple to assemble with the safety instructions easy to follow. Unfortunately, I was only able to test it's operation prior to any hedge trimming but will have some gardening time planned for this week!
Used the hedge trimmer (15/09/2026) for the first time. Impressed with the performance and so more easy & convenient, than my previous petrol hedge trimmer. The overall weight of the trimmer was manageable and easy to use with the harness attached. All in all, definitely value for money and the extra battery a welcomed addition to the whole kit. An ideal garden tool, capable of tidying up the hedges safely. I'm not in the Monty Don league but would recommend this hedge trimmer.
