Hi,1st time ordering from Vonhaus and I must say I will use them again. I ordered a coffee machine from Amazon but it was going to be 2 weeks delivery so looked about and got one from Vonhaus. It came within 3 days but unfortunately the jug had a crack. Once I showed them the crack straight away they sent me another. That is good service. Thank you. L.

Needed a spare part but was told I would have to receive another polytunnel and take the part out and send the polytunnel back,Not satisfied with having to go through all of that also i have been told you can't get a replacement cover.

However, choice of Evri as carrier is disaster in North Cornwall. Supplier's website offered "Next Day" delivery. No chance with Evri. This delivery was received 5 days after order.

Vonhaus Artificial Grass Brush
Just purchased my second Vonhaus Artificial Grass Brush.This product delivers a great finish and is easy enough to use despite the drawback of the electric cables which can sometimes get in the way. What disappointed me about the product was having to buy a second one only 3 years after I had bought the first one. My lawn area is approximately 111 sq. metres (includes front and back) and I’ve probably used the product about 8 times each year which equates to 24 times over the 3 year period.( I don’t use it over the winter months and I don’t use it when the Astra Turf is wet) I would have expected the product to do better than that. So, here’s hoping this one will do better. ( The machine just produced a loud bang, blowing off the front panel along with some plastic cog and then cut out??). Wish me luck.

A Brilliant Wood Chisel Set.
I have never dealt wth Vonhaus before but I am glad that I have.
I saw there Name on the Internet whilst trawling for a Company that sold good quality products such as these Chisels and a reasonable Price and this Company met that criteria.
They are just the job good quality Chisels in a purpose Plastic Box is which are all of Good Quality.

Customer service were great when I contacted them to say my stick vacuum cleaner was getting quite hot when in use, they quickly rectified this by sending me a replacement and I did not have to go to the trouble of packing and posting the faulty one, so thank you for an excellent service.

I was gifted a 1.5L digital coffee…
I was gifted a 1.5L digital coffee machine about 18 months prior to this engagement with support. The coffee machine worked perfectly up until one day it just stopped working. I contacted support and supplied the order details, which I had gotten off the person who gifted me the machine. Support was very quick in their responses and after some troubleshooting they sent me a replacement machine. Very great support, and also looking forward to more years of coffee from this machine!
