Hundreds of pounds wasted. Product didn't work. Ignored by customer service
I bought my vonhaus lawn scarifier, aerator 2000w during the summer months with the intention of using it after the heat dropped. I have set it up and tried to power it up to find it won't even power on. The fuse is fine in the plug but still nothing.
I have contact Vonhaus but they have ignored my email. Not a great first experience with this company

Package came with smashed glass and sharp shards in the box…
Package came for a birthday present but when opened glass was cracked in multiple places and sharps shards of glass was inside the box, i would like a refund if possible or a new one sent out as this was just opened for a birthday present but we are disappointed.

Courier lost parcel twice so didn’t get hedge trimmer!
Can’t comment on the hedge trimmer as courier EVRI lost my parcel twice, so asked for a refund to buy elsewhere, still wanted Von Haus so looked on Amazon and couldn’t as despatched by Von Haus vua EVRI. I wasn’t willing to waste any more time with a courier who did sent deliver.

Fantastic Customer Support!
We brought their 2 in 1 long pole hedge strimmer with saw for my son's birthday present. I have brought their products before and thought they were great value for money. When opening his gift, he found that he was missing the chain for the saw and the nut for the strimmer to change position. I contacted Customer Support via email and got an automatic reply, thank you for contacting us, we will reply within 1 to 3 days. So you can imagine my pleasant shock when Ara replied within the hour. Could my son check the box again, as they are small parts, they could be tucked away. My son did that and said no they are not there. She then replied immediately to my return email could he give her the parts numbers from the manual in the box. I had to wait for my son reply as he was working. He replied back at 7.30 pm after putting his children to bed. I wrote the email then stating the parts numbers and expected a reply email the next morning. No, I was shocked again, Isaac replied within the hour that night, apologising for the missing parts and the inconvenience. He said that the tool was no longer safe, he would arrange for the pick up of the faulty tool and send out a new one. He asked, what day suited my son best for the pick up. I passed the message to my son, I got a reply at 11 pm from him, I then sent the details to Isaac and copied my son in the loop. Isaac replied with the hour, stating he has arranged an Evri pick up and the replacement to arrive the with the pick up of the faulty one and thanked me (wow) for keeping my son in the loop. I must say this is by far the best Customer Service I had received in my 65 years. I was well chuffed, not only did I get a great value and a good product but I got fantastic Customer Service. I definitely got a 2 in 1 deal and got thanked for my part. Well I will always go to Vonhous for my gardening or any other tools now. Keep up the great work. 😀

The service was excellent but the packaging was open which I found a bit concerning. The extendable hedge trimmer however is excellent. By far the lightest I have come across, and the battery lasts ages. A very good product which I would certainly recommend.

Needed a spare part but was told I would have to receive another polytunnel and take the part out and send the polytunnel back,Not satisfied with having to go through all of that also i have been told you can't get a replacement cover.
