Height adjustable desk
The prodduct arrived with no problems. Assembly was straightforward. When I went to operate it, there appeared to be an issue with the control panel, but the customer service team where right on it, keeping inconvenience to a minimum, in a polite and respectful manner.

I am blown away by Vonhaus's customer service. Hats off to a fantastic company. I think it's actually fair to say that this is the best I have ever experienced. My parcel never arrived
My parcel never arrived , they made me feel as if I was lying about the parcel not delivered.
Like pulling hens teeth to get anywhere with this.
They use Evri who are absolutely terrible!!!

Generally a good vacuum.
The item was dispatched and delivered quickly and in accordance with notifications by Vonhaus. I used it for the first time today during the sweeping of my chimney. It worked well with good suction. I like the stainless steel drum that collects the dust and soot.
After its use, I cleaned the filter which seemed to be well coated in soot. It was easy to remove and clean.
The only negative comment that I have is that the noise level is quite high, more than I would have expected from such a small vacuum cleaner.

Absolutely appalling experience – avoid VonHaus
I would strongly advise against ordering from VonHaus based on our experience.
We ordered a dining table and have spent weeks simply trying to receive a complete, undamaged table. The original table arrived with a damaged tabletop, so we contacted them, provided photos and waited for a replacement.
After weeks of waiting, the “replacement” finally arrived, only for us to discover that they had sent the wrong/incomplete replacement. They sent Box 2, while the damaged tabletop we actually needed was not included.
We were then told that the tabletop was out of stock. So after all that waiting, we had effectively been waiting weeks for a replacement that could never have resolved the original problem.
The delivery experience was also dreadful. In our experience, the courier services used by VonHaus were among the worst we have dealt with in the UK, adding even more frustration and delays to an already ridiculous situation.
What made the whole experience even worse was the customer service. After the damaged original delivery, weeks of inconvenience and an incorrectly arranged replacement, we did not even receive a meaningful apology.
A refund has now finally been initiated, but that does not compensate for the amount of time and inconvenience wasted on what should have been a straightforward purchase.
Damaged product, incorrect replacement, weeks wasted, poor delivery experience and extremely disappointing customer service.
Based on our experience, I absolutely would not recommend shopping with VonHaus.

Excellent customer service - Great company and colleague, Ara!
I had an issue with an item that I'd purchases just over a year ago. The item was a garden sofa cover which developed a tear in the material.
The item wasn't listed on the website anymore and so when I contacted customer services with photos, I wasn't sure if I'd necessarily get anywhere with a replacement. However, I couldn't have been more wrong! The customer service assistant replied to my email so quickly and in no time had arranged for a replacement cover to be delivered to my address. All I had to do was dispose of the old one and then my brand new one arrived in a matter of a few days!
This was without a doubt, the best example of customer service I have ever received and the manner in which it was dealt with fast, I couldn't have expected this to be so easy (based on experiences with other companies).
I believe the assistant who helped me was called Ara and so I'd like to say a very huge thank you to them for making the process so smooth and effortless.
Would recommend this company without a doubt, thank you!

Decent Slim 3 step ladder…
Slim 3 step ladder was delivered on time and was well packaged. Ladder seems very sturdy and well made. It's also quite compact, but heavier than expected.
