Ordered two weeks ago, the product has never arrived. Evri keep messaging to say there is a delay, but I'm still waiting and this doesn't reflect well on VonHaus.

Very good strimmer
Very good strimmer. Lightweight for older lady use and efficient. Blades supplied and good to use do not break easily like cord. Replacement blades purchased and arrived next day. Excellent experience dealing with Van Haus!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing.
I received a damaged item and contacted the company to arrange collection and a replacement. Despite waiting, the damaged item has still not been collected and the replacement has not been sent.
I purchased the item because I needed it urgently, and the ongoing delay has caused considerable inconvenience. Based on my experience so far, I have concerns about the reliability of their customer service and after-sales support.
I am still waiting for the company to resolve the matter, collect the damaged item and send the replacement as promised.
I will update this review if and when the matter is resolved.

Bought to clean our caravan
Bought to clean our recently acquired caravan, the 2 in 1 vacuum is everything as described. Powerful suction on all types of flooring and extremely easy to assemble. Excellent range of accessories and an absolute bargain for the price of £40! Fast delivery service and well packaged. Customer support very helpful when asked how long it should be used for on each hoovering session to prevent thermal cutout initiating, 20-30 minutes approximately and then let it cool for approximately 15 minutes.
Might even consider purchasing a second hoover to do the "minor jobs" at home.

The scarifier/rake I bought is well designed and well made. The biggest issue for this company however is the absolutely appalling customer service. There is no contact number for customer service and everyis directed to the website. In my experience no one is responding to service issues online either!

An excellent wheel barrow
An excellent product. Extremely pleased with the whole purchase process and purchase price. A few other purchasers raised a few valid issues reference placing large penny washers on-top of the rubber washers to help contain the rubber. Great idea. There were only two large washers available for use on the inside of the wheel assembly. I added a second large washer to the outside of the wheel shaft to help protect the wheel from rubbing on the split pin..
The assembly document was dreadful.. I followed the far more comprehensive document on your website.
This is still a 5-star product. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy to order
Easy to order, prompt delivery and the pole hedge trimmer appears to be a good piece of equipment. Fairly light for the type of tool and the design is good. A bit too early to say if it is robust enough but it has a 2 year warranty so all good so far.
