One of the worst sites. Hardly any win on any games and bonus is non existent. You'll only win a few quid here and there. Totally pointless, I've closed my account and will not be returning

I recently left a strong bad review of this company that failed to pay my withdrawal, the issue seemed to be a blip with their system that failed to pay out, I wrote a big complaint and escalated this further as I absolutely hate when casinos do weird stuff to con players, when this happened to me, the warning signs were on red, this time round, the casino did do wrong when it came to my withdrawals, it simply was a blip and processing error, since then the issue was relatively quickly resolved and much to my surprise too, they identified the mistake made and rectified. They have cancelled my account,however ,I can say on their part they lawfully did right for their customer and paid the withdrawal that was originally requested.Apart from this issue, it is a great casino, they offer cashback and free spins in points you earn, AND NO,there is no hidden agenda there either, as some may know, some casinos offer points or bonuses specifically designed for the casino to bar the player from withdrawal, the focus of this casino is simply to reward their players on loyalty and make it extra fun for their customers.
Withdrawal times are pretty fast too and usually have been.

@ Voodoo Dreams, I kindly suggest just to look into avoiding the issue caused on my account and address the blip and issue that happened, it really upsets customers and unintentionally comes across dodgy, despite having my account cancelled by yourselves, you have created a great place and casino where players can happily, legally play without hidden agendas and importantly play safely and freely.

I would recommend this casino to anyone, they are really great and offer alot more than many do, as above, the casino has to focus on paying the players withdrawals without failure, depositing is quick and easy with no issues,withdrawals should be same in kind a a big focus on their part with their pay system, this especially could affect international customers or method used in depositing/withdrawals, if they get this done,they as a casino will rapidly grow and gain a great fan base.

It's great to see a company that actually follows the UK law,despite some issues caused from a blip on their part, after cancelling my account, they still addressed and fixed the issue, emailed and processed my payments.

After while of playing there now asking for me to verify myself I don't have any photo id so sent in what I can, no response and no winnings that I won which is £60 bunch of con artists and no response to any of my messages that I sent, stay away from these absolutely disgusting and vile and still not got what I won fair and square

Best to avoid this site. Tried to withdraw £300 and it says it’s supposed to be instant. Didn’t receive it so I spoke to the online chat. They said it will be processed within 24 hours. It wasn’t. Still waiting for the money. I’ve been blocked from the online chat like everyone else. I’ve tried to verify my documents as a precaution even though it said I didn’t need to and that’s still pending. There’s nothing quick about this casino and there’s no one to speak to if anything goes wrong. Will update when I actually finally get my money.

They have the slowest withdrawal time. It took weeks for my first withdrawal to be processed after completing verification and the second withdrawal has been pending for 8 days and they haven't taken any time and consideration to let me know of the delay. When asked they said it 'should' be done next week. Terrible customer service.

Would strongly advise against joining this casino as you will find yourself in the same predicament. At the end of the day they are happy to take the money but they are very reluctant to pay it out, even if this is a very small amount.

Absolutely worthless place don't use I ended up depositing 4k and had a 1k withdrawal now they want bank statements this and that , I can prove funds eg payslip p60 but I don't want to send my personal statement to them. FULL ON SCAMMER

No problems depositing. No problems playing. No problems winning. And then I tried to withdraw. Chat said by the end of the day. Then chat blocked me from chatting with them. And the end of the day came, and no payment, no response to emails, no nothing. Payment was made using Trustly which are instant and should be sent back the same way (instant) but nothing but silence from these guys. It isn't even big money. Deposited about 250 quid and withdrew in total about 400 quid

My experience has been great so far, recently signed up and have had lots of bonus rounds and am up by over £1000. Most withdrawals (ranging from £30-£300) have been instant. A £520 withdrawal is still pending so we will see how long that takes!

That is my first review ever on trustpilot, because this company is disgusting, rip off big time, don't deposit there anything. I understand that casino must earn money but this one is the worst i have been playing as it just takes the money. You don't receive money after winning a bonus spin you play the entire feature and win but no money appears in you balance and it's like the spin never happens

Recently joined deposited all good withdrew little bits then won £400 asked me to verify which I did then they said they needed different I'd so sent that site said verified , contacted customer services told no verification so needed to verify again done 3 times now still saying I need to verify to withdraw my winnings ,now they not replying to my email at all AVOID !!! Update now paid me out after many many documents sent to them !!

Voodoo dreams is a good online casino. Customer support, my withdrawal was processed within 48 hours with 3 hours to spare even during holiday season( requested evening 10:18pm 25th December and paid out evening 27th December 7:07pm ). The only bad thing I have to say is they don't have Playtech as one of their provider. What I found most interesting is their no deposit bonus. I have won from but have to beware of the game play restrictions with the bonus money if you don't want your winning confiscated( This has happened to me on a different site). Overall excellent online Casino, just a little slow with big withdrawals due to their strict review process.

Guys pls listen carefully , I played vodoo casino I won £4k, I was waiting long and long sending email asking about my funds to be paid but no specific answer however my account was verified, then I have to contact gambling commission and explained them about my funds , they asked me to send them email mention that I have contacted gambling commission after that they process my funds , please don’t waste your time and money they will never pay you unless you contact gambling commission about them

Guys please stay away from this lot cowboys, all they do is rob you blind, I'll admit had couple wins over few months but nothing to what deposited, then to top it all off they ask me verify my account which I did after I stupidly lost 2k but was my money that I had to lose, so they then decide close my account for no reason apart from the fact come the Friday after I was due 10% of my losses back so around 200 and they just closed the account so I couldn't get that back, absolute disgrace they are

Bonuses and site are good, Painstakingly long withdrawal process, asked for ID, submitted, cancelled withdrawal and then asked for more info. Submitted, yet still no withdrawal. Other sites are way faster and if you require more info just ask for it as I withdraw, just delay tactics. Still no withdrawal, all normal transactions too, standard visa debit card deposits. Silly. I took my money to So Lick Unity and its been useful to me there
