The bonus is make believe. Its not possible to actually get any of it. they told me that i had to have 30000pounds in bets in order to received it. I deposited 25 to get 25 in bonus. what they did not say is that you can only play slots to get 100% of your bets going towards the bonus. Its a scam because it is impossible. also max bet is only 2 pounds if you bet more the game wont let you place bet. SCAM RUN don't do it. The roulette tables are rigged as well.

Got worried about a withdrawal but I received it today and within time frame 24-72 hours. Other than that one occasion all my other cash outs have been instant, so can't complain really.

Customer service were fast responding to my emails and assured me nothing to worry about just extremely busy and long queue for withdrawals to be processed.

Overall really happy with the experience.

I don't agree with any negative reviews on here as I haven't experienced anything like that. Seems like people think they can play online without documents for verification, that's probably why they having issues. And as a licenced casino they need to preform these checks!

Help! How do u contact these absolute b******'s!!!. I withdrew 900 early Monday morning 9am ish.

It says on their site instant for trustly withdraw.

It is saying processing withdrawal and when u click help section on page it doesn't show any help options other than a msg saying payment withdrawal in process and we will email you if need anything.

It's as if it won't let me on help section what so ever as I'm making a withdrawal.

I have spent funds in my bank yesterday as I wrongly assumed this money would be in by now and now its not its leaving me short.

I emailed the one email address I could find on there and no response to 2 emails.

I am livid.

Took a day or 2 to process withdrawal. But was in my bank instantly.

I can't fault the site, I do see alot of bad reviews here, I was skeptical. But try and be mindful. It worth noting 7 times out of 10 a personal will only post a review if it's negative.

Do not use this website, same issue as others. Pending withdrawal. Supplied all documents as per their online portal and instructions (all 4 corners). The images are 2k resolution, but they say the quality is not good enough. Then needed to send different proofs as the initial documents aren't accepted even though they are the ones listed on their acceptable documents list. Asked to close my account AND refund my withdrawal, and they just closed my account and still not released my withdrawal. Next step is complaints and The Gambling Commission. Looks like a scam. I deposited, played on the site and then requested a withdrawal. I have heard nothing, can’t access support or live chat.

I joined a few days ago had no issues withdrawing small amounts then on 11th won £250 now it's been pending since get automated responses, live chat blocked, now my account is blocked .I've sent in verification and nothing keep getting told they are busy processing..after reading reviews I am actually gutted and think I have been conned ..I have now raised a complaint through resolver as recommended by gambling commission...don't use this site
