Right now until now I've not had no problems but to tell you the truth i barley go on this site, its weird as they paid out my winnings which was 100 pound on and they80 pound, but then i deposited by phone credit and i was winning but then i wasn't felling it no more so i went and withdrew 20 pound but as soon as i did they asked for proof of my bank details which isn't a problem. But every time i have sent it it either isn't correct or the thing that keeps on happening is they keep on asking for my bank details again and again as if i have not sent it to them already. It feels as if I'm going to give up and allow them to keep my money. This is the 4th day now but im stressed out and I'm not pis... Off. They then told me this was bonus abuse? Doing a bonus hunt and playing more than 1 game is abuse.

I was very respectful in talking to the agents and the first response back from the dispute team said I was getting nothing back and then instantly locked out of my account so I can't go and even talk to anyone.
