AWFUL EXPERIENCE, 50p fee to deposit £20. Got the free spins that said no wagering needed, won a couple of quid, decided I didn't like the site. Withdrew £22 then hit with a requirement to send in 4 pieces of ID documents. This took about 2 weeks of back and forth to sort, account was locked from gameplay. Then when ID was verified they took back the £2, saying I have breached terms and conditions. Glad I didn't lose money to them, worst gambling site I've ever used.

I finally learnt why the return to player can be so low and it's worse than you think.
Basically, casinos can control the volatility of slots, and some days they will make it low volatility meaning you win often but not high, this means you might hit more bonuses but you have a a lesser chance of hitting those rare max wins. Then they can make it high volatility, meaning you get less wins but if you do get lucky you can win a lot, however this can lead do lots of dead spins and chasing bonuses and when you get them you can get nothing. You think that's bad? They can tailor this volatility to YOU. Just upped your bet after a good run? High volatility. Just withdrawn? High volatility. You ever wondered why your paying games are put at the top on recommended? It's because they're now high volatility waiting for you to sink money in for ultra rare wins you'll never get.

Why is this legal? Because the RTP is still the same, just over 14 billion spins or something. The higher the max win the worse this is and the more leeway they get. That is why those old games you think used to pay better back in the day did. Oh and pair that with the fact that games now will just freeze randomly and won't give you your spin... This makes you wonder if you did hit those mega rare wins, as they wouldn't really be that often enough to arise suspicions from regulators when they're so rare!

New regulations and laws should force casinos and providers to remain the same volatility throughout creation, it's unfair to get accustomed to a slot to then happen to play it on a higher bet and get no win repetedly.

I spent £5 on 20ps on the new pirots 4 last week on release, constant bonuses, lots of wins. They weren't huge wins but I made it to £50, withdrew happy. Terrible! Never seen so many dead spins in all my time playing on casino sites. I only do 50p spins and deposit £20 and for every 10 spins you do you get about 10p back. Its completely rigged just don't bother signing up honestly you wont win and if you do you'll have to jump through hoops to get your money. I was a bit apprehensive when I won 1500 after reading reviews on here all negative about pending withdrawals. I got mine within a few hours without ID, so I don't know why some need ID and others don't. They do pay out though and seem legit. No issues here.

No real issue with payment, withdrew what I deposited using instant bank payment and it came through pretty much immediately… the issue is the RTP, I’ve trialled so many different online casino’s, usually playing one particular game and sometimes winning, others losing, on this site I have never experienced said game to be so consistently low paying, whether it’s normal or bonus play. Opened account …. Deposited loads won a few times and withdrew without problem so thought it was all good.
Deposited over a few days a days and won and withdrew a few amounts adding up to £1300 and then suddenly they failed to process my withdrawals due to me having to verify my ID

ID sent including passport… utility bill… bank statement…. Debit card photos and then recieved an email stating that my account has been closed and my winnings confiscated due to me not being a real person !!! Terms and conditions had been breached and no refund of hundreds of pounds of deposits
Reported to ECOGRA and awaiting response to complaint being reviewed
