Customer service done care about dealing with your faults , just keep asking for more and more evidence first mod broke after 4 months . Battery door broke . Second mod was already broke when it got delivered . They ask for photos videos ect ect and that's still not enough for them . I won't buy another voopoo product

good product but only for couple of months

fix your coils! your mods are outstanding hats off to your design team but please stop cutting corners on your freakin' coils! those atrocious pnp coils are very leaky, and the flavor is subpar specially your higher wattage coils!

I had a Voopoo Drag S which worked fine for a few months but then starting firing all on its own, on a table in a separate room!!
Was incredibly hot to touch and kept firing in my hand, without me touching the button - I was terrified it was about to explode on me!!
I then purchased a Voopoo Drag X and after only 4 days of owning it, I was on the bus today and smelt smoke - opened my handbag and smoke was pouring out of my bag - the plastic where you vape had completely melted and distorted, along with being red hot!!
I have NEVER, EVER experienced this with any other make in my 12 years of vaping before - please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM VOOPOO - they are EXTREMELY DANGEROUS MODS and Voopoo should be held to account for even selling these and continuing to do so!!

The fact that Voopoo have not even defended this review simply confirms that they are aware and complicit in selling dangerous mods but simply could not care less!!
PLEASE AVOID THIS MANAFACTURER AT ALL COSTS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!
This is an honest, factual and unbiased review by myself.

Recently bought a Voopoo Vinci. Fine for first couple of weeks. After that it started operating on its own. Firstly in my pocket and it got quite hot. Over the next few days it would suddenly operate sitting on the table 5 minutes after last use. I took a short video of it as the light flashed and vapour drifted from the mouth piece. Fitted a new pod and it continued to fire on its own (with no operator input). Took it back to the shop, described the problem and showed the video. Immediate refund!
Beware - this product is dangerous!

All they do is leak don’t buy. I will never buy from voopoo again and there customer chat is useless

Mine fell apart when I was unscrewing the Coil, Could see wires inside the battery, Only had it 2 week too, Not the best build quality.

Horrible customer service! I own several voopoo mods, and In general have been happy with them. Recently bought a Vinci X. I was having an issue With the smart chip recognizing the coil. Using a pnp 5 coil that’s rated for 40-60 watts the device was maxing out power at 50 watts. The device maxes out early no matter the coil wattage. This was straight out of the box. Sent an email to the company and was basically told To use the correct product (witch I was) and vape appropriately. Like the tech was purposefully being obtuse in his responses. After reading some reviews about their customer service I’m going to drop it, so I don’t get further aggravated. I just won’t be buying any more voopoo mods since they don’t answer questions or stand behind their products.

I've just changed from the drag x which I loved to the drag x plus due to the coils looking alot bigger and better I couldn't of been more wrong the coils are terrible they leak like mad I have run 2 coils through it and both leak like mad I cant fault the devices but the coils are terrible will be buying smok again next

I purchased a Alpha Zip mini kit opened the box and hooked it up to a 1 amp charger. It wouldn’t charge all the way and would die REALLY fast. It is an internal battery mod. So, I contacted Voopoo and had back and forth with customer service sending videos of the issue and even a video of me updating the firmware. After several days the customer service agent said that I would have to send it to China so they can look at it. It would have cost me more to ship it than it did to just buy a new mod. They do not stand behind their products.

Cannot reccommend the drag X vape mod kit enough. Smooth tokes and lovely robust vape and package. Get the 4ml tank.

Ok I'm over your product. Every single vape I buy is a failure. This is my 5th vape and I'm appalled by its failures. The look fine but give it a few months and you can tell its from China. Cheaply build and I pay a fortune. What are you going to do about this. Replace it with another one, I don't want a 6th if its going to fail again. I have all my vapes in a box and looking at them make me angry that with each design, a new floor. If you like I want to become a testing customer and write reviews on the new products. Hope you get in touch with me as I can write reviews out of my own pocket and you know they will be tested properly and truthful. See how long it takes to respond. Lee.

Voopoo does not stand behind their warranty. You send in all the information and they come back and insult you. Stating abuse or user error. 2 months use of two units the tanks are leaking and the magnet which holds the unit together went missing. They give you two options. Send back to China for inspection or take a 50% off coupon code. The code is used on their website and is off of retail plus shipping. What a joke.

I've had my Drag 2 less than a year. I paid for what I thought was a premium mod that would last a long time. Well, nothing on this damn thing works!

First, the screen went black so I couldn't see my settings, after messing with it for a bit I realized if I use the USB charger that came with it, it would work fine, so I could only use it if attached to a plug. Then, the power/fire button stopped working, but again, worked if plugged in, and today, the "new coil yes/no" came up but unfortunately, the up/down buttons now don't work either so I'm unable to use it at all now. No matter what I try I can't get it out of that mode; I can't even turn the damn thing on or off now because that buttons broken permanently at this point, as not even using the USB charger trick no longer works either. So, I spent a lot of money on a product that didn't even last a year and now get to dish out more money for an entirely new kit. I would STAY AWAY FROM VOOPOO!! They're total crap...biggest waste of money

My Vinci is 2 months old.
Tank started leaking within a week and Ive purchased 2 more with the same results. The air activation no longer works, the button has to be pressed 2-3 times to work.
Now its firing on when Im not even holding it.. Ive gotten juice all over my hands and clothes from this awful product. I started a warranty request after spending $80 and being stuck with this defective unit.. Ive taken 3 trips to the vape shop I purchased it at and they confirmed my unit was defective.
Kicky in warranty request has given me every troubleshooting technique that Ive already done and wasted a week of my time seeing they are in China and dont open until 10pm e.s.t. She now says since shipping to China is slow and I will wait for a long period of time that I could have a 40% off discount on another product!!! What?? Yea right, why would I spend even more money on another unit when they wont even replace my current in warranty item?!
I give them a 1 star at every level..
BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a scam with bad products!!

my vape died only a month or so after buying, sent receipt, video of vape not working and security code, still will not do anything apparently the receipt isnt detailed enough... will never buy from here again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

amazing products! Best vape I've owned.

Charging point lasted only 2 weeks, unable to charge via USB anymore. Sent video to voopoo regarding issue after going back and fourth was told to ship it to them, shipping cost half the product value. I was sent a 60% discount code for another purchase from their website. Pointless when you see how much they charge for shipping fees. Keeping away from voopoo from now on.

I thought I was going to write a shocking 1-star review to get the attention of their lazy, rude, and incoherent customer service... But I guess that’s not happening.
