Voopoo Avis 

Terrible products and customer service. Refuses to replace leaking/burning out pods despite sometimes going through multiple pods in a day. Literally a money pit. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Terrible customer service. Double charged me for shipping and then it didn't even get to my address. They left it in Melbourne. Will never buy from them again. Every other online shop I haven't had a problem with.

I purchased a Voopoo Drag Plat 2 kit on Aug 21. The tank hasnt worked since the day i bought it. I tried 2 packs of coils and several different kinds of juices. I noticed the orange inner gasket was broken and the plastic was falling into my coil and burning. When i emailed them they offered me in this order:
-40% off your next purchase
-60% off your next purchase (But that's the max authority they said)
then...
-65% off your next purchase (But that's our max authority)

I bought a brand new product that doesn't work!!! I'm not even asking for the $40 in coils to be replaced, I just want a tank that actually works. Their customer service is unapologetic and frank;y pathetic. I wish I had of read more reviews before purchasing.

I bought the voopoo drag 2 which wasn't cheap within 6 weeks (within the 3 month warranty) I got a timeout error which can't be fixed. I contacted them and sent them evidence and proof of purchase and the best they offered was half price on a new one and for me to pay for the shipping from China which would of been more expensive than going to a local shop and paying full price for a new one.

I have since bought the aegis legend which I'm so far impressed with.

Anyone thinking of buying a voopoo please Avoid

If I could give them a 0 I would! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!!!!! I have had the worst nightmare of an experience with this awful company. I bought a caliber vape from them and it was defective the top and bottom pieces were not compatible and in fact when I used another top which I had to spend more money on it worked .. I messaged company they asked for all these proof videos and receipts and pictures and then told me they would send another. I waited almost a month and then I emailed asking where it was and they said it’s out of stock and to choose device that is the same quantity so I did and then they told me no and that all of sudden the caliber is back in stock (less than 24hrs later) so I said fine send me another I waited over a month for the new one to be defective and the same issues then I emailed them and they asked for new videos and pictures of proof( mind u they kept playing games in between explaining to me how to charge a vape and how to use one when I’ve already told them I’ve done this for years I’m not stupid) I am livid at this point and now they refuse to refund me and said to choose another product and I’ve expressed my anger and how livid I was and they could care less now they’re telling me they don’t give any refunds whatsoever so I’m stuck with broke vapes and I’m out over $60!!! DONT EVER BUY THESE PRODUCTS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING I AM MORTIFIED AT THE LACK OF SUPPORT AND DISHONESTY

Just wanted to make you aware of a recent situation I've experienced and one that will stick with me for many years to go. So I've had my voopoo calibre for just shy of a year, not that long at all? So you would assume based on that, everything would still function as it has done since day one? WRONG! My pen had recent exploded in my sleep and as a result of that left me with a few minor injuries but I'm sure will leave me with a hefty bill from the hotel I was staying at! Was it on charge? Nope, the pen was sat on a desk with no cables attached. This has happened out of no whereabout! Had it of not been that I was sharing a room with someone who was a light sleeper i fear that i may not have been here to warn people about this. It had exploded on the desk which sent it flying into the ceiling where my friend said that it had exploded a second time before landing inches from my head. Where it continued to burn away at my pillow and mattress. Again, had my colleague not of been a light sleeper and waking me up as soon as he did I would have remained asleep not realising until it was too late to which I could only assume that the worst could have happened. The hotel I was staying at was based in fort william in Scotland who were very lovely and understanding but made it clear although I had not left it on charge that I can expect to see a bill come my way to make up for the damages that this pen had caused. When we finally put the flame out I had to pull small chunks of metal and fabric out of my skin which the fire brigade came in and assessed the situation to which they have taken the pen to begin their investigation on said death trap. I will be sending this over to voopoo to which I expect a speedy response and reasoning as to why this occurre otherwise I will have to leave it to the higher powers that be to sort this all out! i recently bought a voopoo drag 2 love it. its intuitive when you put a new coil in it registers. in my opinion its a solid mod yes the battery door does move slightly but its held on magnetically and doent feel loose.(maybe something voopoo can look at in the future). a friend of mine has the original drag and although there is very little difference in size between the two the drag 2 is so much more comfortableto hold due to its shape and styling (curved edges and sides ever so slightly) colour options are good. even the wife liked it so i got her one as well

I thought that these would be easy to use as I have problems with my hands, but all that seems to happen is that I end up with a Caliber that over heats and charging leads that lasts about 2 days before they go out of shape and break. I seem to be replacing coils every other day. No one seems to want to help either.

Just purchased the voopoo drag 2 and it was just awful because the battery door is wobbly. Very wobbly and makes it just an awful vape to handle. I checked out a few of these mods after I returned it and they all had the same issue..

Voopoo are an excellent vape manufacturer. I own 7+ products. All are very well made and designed. No flaws at all. They work fantastically and never let me down. They are responsive when contacted. Generally within 24 hours. Ordering from them in China to UK was quick, 5 days. And no issues. Highly recommend in all aspects.

Do not purchase from voopoo.co.uk, I received an email thanking me for the order which I did not receive, PayPal intervened for me and I received full refund.
