I had used their drag series for well over 10 years. I have bought two in those 10 + years, the first lasted me like 6 years.I probably could've fixed it but I figured she needed retirement at her old age. Then the second is alive and still kicking today, works as good as the day I bought her! I felt like I was ready to get something new as I've grown bored with my oldie, so I went online and bought a voodoo Vinci 220 Kit on cyber Monday sales. I was so excited to try something new and to have a backup for my oldie that way if something did break I wouldn't have to pay full price, cause as a single mom of 3 you can imagine that with rebuilding my life there's not much $ to go to things for myself. When I received my new vape it broke within 24 hrs.... I was too bummed to even talk about it let alone try and figure out how to fix it, I had finally a couple weeks later wrote the company asking just to exchange my broken vape for a new one and the company Elemental Vapes would not do that all they were willing to do was for me to mail them my broken vape and they would in turn refund half of my money..... which made no sense at all.... so a week later I was going to back the box and saw the warranty card in the box and decided why not try through voodoo instead. They were so amazing and they no questions asked automatically wrote me saying they would absolutely send me a replacement asking what color I would like and where would I like it sent to. Their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with and they were so quick to reply I think it was in the same day even if not the next day. Im just so happy that the products I love most are backed by such amazing people that make using their products that much better! oh and the drag series is amazing as is the spark vinic 220 the amazing work and the craftsmanship they put into every product is so refreshing these days when most things are built in abundance and cheap instead of quality and perfection!!!
I ordered from Voopoo several times now, and the only issue I ever had was slow delivery — which they compensated by sending me a new vape. The quality is good and the prices are fair. I’ve read some reviews where people complained that confirmation emails never arrive, but I always receive mine. Sometimes they come with a short delay, but they do arrive.
Overall, I definitely recommend them
I purchased a Voopoo vape in the UK and within 2 months its stopped working, i contacted there customer services in China and im also within the 90 day warranty. All they offered me was to purchase another vape from there website at 50% discount, first they should have refunded me and send me out a replacement free of charge as per there policy. Please do not use this company as there customer service is shocking and they do not abide by there warranty policy. SO im with no vape and no refund or replacement.

Voopoo fails to provide with a confirmation mail on purchase. I bought the same order a week after, this time I recieved a confirmation mail. They seem to do this on purpose to confuse their costumers.
Entire experience is all from userfriendly.
I only recieved half my orders since my extra pods are coming from China. Despide I picked EU on all my orders.
I only got tracking mail on half the order. Would not recommend.
I tried to order a new vape from their website. Accidentally purchased the XT model (more expensive and battery operated) instead of the MT. Contacted Voopoo after receiving the package and identifying the mistake. After much back and forth, their only offers were gradually increasing discounts as the chat continued. They would not just take the vape back, which was not even used, and exchange it for the cheaper model I originally intended to purchase. They even recommended that I sell the wrong one privately, to get my money back. This is an insane suggestion for a business to make, as well as not doing right by the consumer by taking back an unused, more expensive product and simply swapping it for the less expensive one. I also ordered another vape from them at the same time, with pods. It’s not my first purchase with Voopoo, but it will be my last. As there are many other brands out there of equal or higher quality, I encourage people to spend their money elsewhere and not give it to a company who suggests the consumer resells their device privately, and tries to force another purchase on the consumer, through discounts.
Placed an order on the 31st of January. They made no mention of being out of office for any reason on their website. 5 days after I placed my order they replied to my email saying they were out of office for Chinese new year but that my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. Checked the tracking number online and it said the label was created but usps hasn’t received the package yet. It’s said the same thing every day since February 4th and it’s now the 7th. Trying to cancel and they refuse to let me. Instead gave me a coupon. I don’t want to order from you anymore. I want my money back so I can take it elsewhere.
Great service, order delayed because of chinese new year. Got compensated with free coils.

I made an order on January 24th. My credit card was immediately charged. Without any indication on the website, the company is not going to process any orders because they are celebrating lunar new year for TWO weeks. If they are going on vacation for two weeks, they shouldn't have charged my card. If I had known they weren't going to ship my purchase, I would have purchased elsewhere.
Who knows how long it will take once they get back to work.
Unos desgraciados, pago un envío desde Europa (Alemania) a España y me lo envían desde China haciéndome pagar además los gastos del arancel de aduanas y no se hacen cargo de los mismos.
Awful customer service in dealing with a faulty product. An intermittent fault is present on my Voopoo Argus XT mod. Purchased just over 30 days ago from Amazon, so return not possible. Contacted Voopoo support who were totally unhelpful. Will avoid this brand in the future.
DO NOT BUY THIS VOOPOO MOD IiT IS DANGEROUS
I’ve now had two of them from Vape superstore the first almost set fire and the replacement started to melt inside unfortunately vape superstore didn’t help with the second one at all, I thought they may of wanted it back to return to voipoo for inspection but no they didn’t care at all and would not even give me a contact for voopoo so I guess voopoo must know these are fire risks so please be careful if you are thinking of buying this voopoo gt or other voopoo mods as it’s no coincidence that two have now started to melt inside.
Luckily both times I was present when they failed but god knows what could have happened if it had happened while I was asleep.
Although this was a nice mod when working please heed my warning and please please remove the batteries when not present it’s like a bummin time bomb and this has as I said two different voopoo Argus GT 2 mods.

yes I was using correct batteries from vape superstore and a external charger after the first incident and point out the mod was turned off with the five clicks and still was smoking and melting inside.
Not good at all and will be contacting HSE also may send them the mod this is a major fire risk.
I bought a Voopoo Drag E-60 in December 2023. After about 2.5 months it started working on its own while sitting on a table. It would vape and blow out vape on its own, started leaking into and out of the device. The leaks ruined my couch and clothing, a damage of about $700. The defect was so odd that I thought it is just a phase and will go away. I then contacted the customer service which emailed me back and forth for about week and by the end of it they told me that I missed their 90 day warranty by about a week or so and that they would not honor the warranty. Aside from all the hassle and substantial damages, I find the product dangerous because if you are not around when it starts working on its own it becomes a fire hazard that could do a lot more damage than I suffered. Don't take my word for it; WATCH THE VIDEO WITH THE SOUND ON!!
