Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My order arrived missing an item, and instead of simply sending out what I already paid for, this company kept pushing a refund. That makes no sense when the mistake was theirs. I placed a bigger order specifically to avoid paying shipping again, so the right fix was to send the missing item, not make me start over.
What made it worse is that they refunded only the item price and did not properly make me whole on the full amount I was charged for that missing product. On top of that, the way they handled the situation did not make me feel valued as a customer at all. If a company says they care about customers, they should correct their own shipping mistake without making the customer fight for it.
Fast shipping and good prices do not mean much if the order is incomplete and customer service refuses to fix it the right way. Based on my experience, I will not be ordering from them again.

Just got my order of the Raz RX 50K (Dew Despicable) from Giant Vapes and I’m impressed. The shipping was much faster than I expected, and the flavor is exactly what I was looking for—super smooth and refreshing. Shipping was handled by UPS and everything came to me in a speedy time. Customer service is outstanding on taking care of you if you have any issues. Super nice people and very responsive.

Ripoff
Currently, trying to get a hold of somebody. The ups link says they've never turned anything in. Customer service is saying they've lost the order. And i'm currently trying to get my money back and don't know if I'll be able to.It was a two hundred dollar order. Very disappointed

They have gone above and beyond to make sure I got the products I wanted and had a good experience! And actually they accidentally sent me a couple extra bottles, I let them know because I felt bad and wanted to pay for them and they just told me to keep them! Their customer service is top-notch! I was having trouble finding the product that I needed and they got it figured out and got it on the website for me! I mean truly just start to finish It was a great experience and I will always order from giant vapes!! I suggest you do to!

Bad business
Ordered over $200 worth of product 2 months ago. Company used a not well known company for delivery of product (Sendle) which took about 2 weeks before they attempted to deliver. Was notified a month later thst package can't be delivered. Company made me reach out to the delivery company instead of them to try and handle the situation. Delivery company not able to work with me to try and get my package delivered then told me to reach back to Giant Vapes for status of package after they lost the package. Giant Vapes then comes up with other reasons why they cant assist and tells me I need to reach out to another company for claims after telling me that my package had protection through (Routes). After contscting Routes, they said protection wasnt covered. Now Giant Vapes is saying the protection wasnt purchased and they cant do anything else along with even if they get the package returned to them if found, cant deliver to my location.
Still today, no resolution, no refund, and no package. Instead just replies back to me stating they can't do anything for me or its out of their hands. They even tried telling me now im outside the 20 business days window to file a claim when its only been 5 days since I was notified by the delivery company that they lost the package (all emails exchanges are saved. Do they think i would just delete them? Especially with them trying to use another excuse or say something that didn't happen)
I guess i had to learn the hard way of trusting websites to actually be able to deliver my product that I purchased.

First time customer of GiantVapes.com. My order was flagged and I was contacted via email. The sender, unnamed from Giant Vapes, stated my order wouldn’t be shipped to my mailing address as it was a PO Box. After explaining that was my mailing address and I was happy to ID verify or verify via ID.me, I offered alternative of giving me a full refund. (A subsequent email stated I was issued a refund that I have yet to receive.) The unnamed sender from Giant Vapes stated the issue is an adult signature. My response: a physical address does NOT mean an adult signature is obtained. I, as the named box holder of my PO Box, am 21+ and USPS has had signature service for many, many years.
Many vape companies will charge up to $10 for a signature confirmation. The idea being an adult is signing off on receipt of products intended for 21+. However, Giant Vapes does not charge a signature fee. A signature wouldn’t be captured by the USPS postal service delivery agent. The argument from Giant Vapes is null.

If I could give 0 stars I would, phone numbers are bogus, customer service chat and email repeat same response…we sent what you ordered. No you didn’t. My photos clearly indicate you didn’t. I placed the first order for disposal vapes that were only pods and no notice that I need to buy the kit that included the battery. Placed a second order for the kit and received another pod. Useless pods without battery or ability to charge. Customer no service won’t consider a return or sending the kit I ordered. Not to mention they told me to go buy a charger at the dollar store! Also many of the pods are already opened and not sealed. My last resort is disputing with credit card company. First time and last time customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I believe Giant Vapes is a scam
I believe Giant Vapes is a scam. Years ago they were the go to for juice orders. My order shows no movement for over a week. I paid for route protection. They now say I have to wait for sendle to investigate, Sendle has terrible reviews as well. My order is $115 ordered on October 13th shipped on the 15th. It's October 30th. i should have received my package on the 22nd. All other companies I ordered from took less than 5 days to be delivered. Huff and puffers, element vape and alice extracts. All of those companies I placed orders days later and received my products already. Looks like I may have to dispute with my credit card company.

Giant vape did not disappoint
Giant vape did not disappoint. I got my exact product and it came with fast shipping. I was a little skeptical at first because of reviews about Sendle but they have switched over to UPS. Yes they require a signature but that is understandable while knowing what you ordered cant be used by minors!!! 10/10 would recommend. That was just my test order. Now I am about to load up! Yall better put yall orders in.

I just ordered from Giant Vape, my order came fast and was correct. One thing they did say was that they had just recently changed their shipping from Sendle to UPS. But over all my product was good and it came fast! I will be ordering again.

I ordered 2 vapes . One of them is defective. They won't refund my money because I opened the box. How would I know if it's defective without opening the box . No customer service . These vapes are actually illegal in the USA . It says that on the box . I'm reporting them to the bbb and us government
Do not spend your money here
This could have easily been a 5 star purchase but they use sendle to ship their products, and they don't tell you this up front. Sendle is basically Uber for package delivery so don't expect to get your package on time, or even at all. I've been waiting two weeks and still no delivery. I'd like a refund now Giant Vapes.
BEST online vape store!
Not sure how Giant Vapes has bad reviews because they are the best vape company out there. Even without discount codes, you can't beat them! Usually always have everything I need in stock too! Great company. Delivered everytime. Never had a problem. Yes you need a signature but everyone does, it's vape products, duh Some people you just can't please but I am. And I never take time to do reviews but after ordering again, I wanted to take the time and write one! Kudos GV

This company is horrible. I placed an order and they use some company called Sendle to ship. They require a signature to receive this but Sendle doesn't update the tracking and when they do it's incorrect. It's been saying out for delivery and a date but yet I'm still sitting day after ta day to sign for a package that I don't even know if it will show up. I emailed customer service several times but no one responds and there is no phone number to call!! I will never order from them again!!! I would ne recommend ordering from them!!!!!!!
