I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order with giant vapes nearly a month ago and have sent them 6 emails over that time first asking when my order would ship but got no response. Then I emailed them to cancel my order in accordance with their policy but still got no response. I contacted my bank to reverse the charge and as soon as my bank contacted giant Vapes they shipped my order which I had canceled and bought what I needed from another vendor. I am disabled and on a fixed income so I'm out 100 bucks because giant vapes couldn't bother to read my email and cancel my order or even respond in any way. This company is absolute garbage. Do not buy from them unless you want to wait a month for your order, not be able to cancel it if you need to and never get a response if you try to contact them. Horrible customer service.

I've made 2 orders at Giant Vapes. The first was a 21 dollar diaster that took over a month to resolve. Repeatedly ignoring customers with legitimate issues is not good for business. Customer service is awful I will never do business with Giant Vapes again

I ordered a mod and a few other thing through giant vapes friday Feb 12th , still no shipping label nothing on it, when I ordered batteries through element vapes the day after and got here today, I'm new to the vaping world.... but seriously a week now and no updates on the delivery.. so far not good its still setting in RI and no approval nor scan has been processed very irritated right now with them and spent a decent amount of money

Ordered and paid for the Smok 230 series mod and received the morph 219. opened it and everything...put in a return request and i'm waiting to see how they respond. Bummer...not a good first impression.

Prices are a little on the high side, but great international shipping at a good price. Usually arrives to Australia in two to three days.

Dislike that Giant Vapes no longer stocks 120ml in my favourite Jimmy the Juiceman, Raspberry French 6mg. Use to be more cost effective for me to buy these. Which has resulted in some orders going elsewhere. But giant vapes still has the best shipping, they probably weren’t moving enough stock as it’s a flooded market of juices nowadays.

Shipping is extremely fast; when I order on a weekday I know I can’t expect my juice in a day, two at most. Their prices are a little higher, but if you follow them on Twitter they are always giving coupon codes out for 20% off storewide. All in all, I’ll spend the extra money on the quality juices but I wait to place my orders with them until another code is given out. Their customer service is also extremely helpful and responsive. Also, if there’s a juice you want them to carry, just ask and they’ll do their best to get it on their website.

E-commerce done right! I have ordered here frequently. Unfortunately they do not carry my preferred liquid but I have bought mods, tanks, coils and other juices from them and always been very satisfied with their service. Shipping is fast and free on the one occasion I did have a problem with my order they were very responsive and handled it quickly. My go to supplier for vape supplies.
