Ive been scammed a lot buying vapes but not here !! Super fast shipping and you actually get a legit delivery date. I've lost over $100 trying to get a boost pro max I should've just gone with the boost 2 or 3 or the h45 which js what I ordered and should be here in. 2 days. YAY!! They also carry a juice pod juice cotton clouds that i cant find anywhere online so yay AGAIN lol!! Great prices too

I spent $20 on shipping and it was supposed to be here in 1-3 days. That was on Tuesday it's now Saturday and I still don't have my e liquids.

My order was shipped 2 days after I placed it and I received it 4 days after I ordered it. They have an excellent selection of juice, coils and mods, many of which can't be found anywhere else. Their prices are competitive and I've never had to use their customer service because I've never had a problem. Recommended!

I posted a negative review but had to remove it because the issue I experienced was NOT due to Giant Vapes. If you're getting a denial while attempting to place an order, please call your bank to make sure they aren't denying it. That's what happened to me. Since I had never placed an order with this company before, my bank flagged it as a fraudulent transaction. Giant Vapes responded to my complaint quickly and was super kind even though I was being a bit rude. With all of that being said, I will be continuing to do business with this company. :)

tried to make a purchase on it last night 1/26/25 at 11:30 pm and got declined 4 times cause my address on my ID didn't match my billing address but the company still charged me and took 86 bucks and I ordered nothing cause I got declined 4 times

SCAM!!! I ordered online and they whatsapped my saying they were missing most of the flavours. I asked for a refund and have been ignored. Emailed and ignored. Called and ignored. They dont accept paypal for a reason because they’ll rob you. BEWARE!

I ordered a vape from them. It doesn’t turn on and it doesn’t charge. I have emailed them multiple times and they do not respond!

There’s some bad reviews so I was skeptical of buying, but all the bad reviews are from years ago and I have bought two packages from them and I’ve had no issues🔥

NO customer service. NO one answers calls or emails. NO shipment tracking. Products don't arrive but they don't refund shipping charges, so this is a SCAM. They take your money for orders and charge for fake shipping, don't deliver, waste your time, then keep your money. Lesson learned.

They use some made up shipping company that costs you 2 times the price of other shipping companies and provides you with zero tracking and an estimated arrival of minimum 2 weeks. Just buy it from fasttech and get a better price with the same awful shipping times.

The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. The orders are never ready and 90% of the time there is no one in the building to even give you your order. Or the woman at the front desk will just plain refuse to help you. Their shipping is super expensive and picking up is a nightmare. I would suggest purchasing your juice somewhere else if at all possible.

I ordered from this site and received an email that my order was ready for pickup at another location. I live 45 minutes away from the pickup store. Long story short, I arrived and was told that my order was not there! I tried to contact customer service and got no answer! I guess I'm out $160! I'll never shop Giant vapes again and hope no one else will either!

They suck. Plain and simple. Although they were very attentive and emailed me several times regarding the reviews I left on their products, I still say they are doing some sort of scam.

Shipping was worse than getting stuff from India or china - 6 weeks. I could have walked across the country in that amount of time.

Product was equally terrible. Boosted juice used to be good, whatever they’re selling at giant vapes tastes worse than raw sewage. In fact, of the 7 or so juices I bought, all were the worst I have ever tried. I currently have over 100 juices right now, and there are some bad ones, but nothing like what giant has.

I also purchased some coils. Guess what? One fell apart, one didn’t fit, and the other was a dud. I’ve got over a hundred coils on hand and I’ve never had one go out til giant sent theirs. Literally - I’ve been vaping for 3 months and I routinely wash out my coils after every 3 fills of juice and I’ve still had no coils go bad yet.

In sum, whatever giant is doing is shady. It seems they’re just trying to cash in as much as possible before vaping becomes illegal and they go out of business. Choose element vape if you’re on the west coast.

WORST EVER!! I place a $300 order WEEKS ago...these people don't answer phones, or answer/acknowledge email, or return calls! All I get from them is the same "automated form letter" saying that they will "contact (me) within 24 hours" & then they don't even bother to take TWO MINUTES to answer me??? I've been vaping for 12 years...AND until this order, have purchased from Giant Vapes! They USED to have EXCELLENT customer service...but this order has been a doozy! Their automated/canned response was that I should "have a tracking number for the package"...no tracking number was given to me! When I look on their website, they don't even indicate that my order HAS SHIPPED, & with WHOM!!! AND...my credit card company wants payment for the order! To add insult to injury, in addition to NOT confirming shipment, sending me a tracking number, not answering email & messages...they had the unmitigated gall to charge me close to $35 to ship a small package from "Virginia" to Jacksonville, FL! That's WAY too much for two 30ml bottles of juice & two boxes of coils! RIDICULOUS!! Additionally, what was once the BEST place to buy juice, their selection of juices seems to be down to "what they have on hand"...I had to order juices I was only partly familiar with in 12mg (not the 18mg) that I usually buy! So the entire order is a Russian Fire Drill...this has happened to me 12 years ago, when everyone & their dog was selling juice, they'd take your order & take your money....and then RUN like the devil!! At least I put this on my credit card & can dispute the transaction & get it reversed!

Hang in there, your order will arrive, eventually!! Took mine 6 weeks, several unanswered calls, BUT it finally arrived! YEAH!!
You aren’t out your money, they are legit, just prepare to order WELL AHEAD of time. It’s worth the wait!! Their juices are half the cost!!

Zero stars would not recommend. Have sent email after email and same form letter response. I understand the postal service is not shipping any more and things will take longer. I'm out 75 dollars I guess. No customer service as they promise.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Service is inconsistent i.e., order either arrives in days or takes weeks. Don't bother calling or emailing as you will never get a response. If you are considering ordering anything from this company-DON'T!! The absolute worst customer service you can possibly imagine. I'll be going to my bank to reverse order charges.

I've been with Giant Vapes for more than 6 years and they were always a fantastic company to do business with. Key word: WAS. I have been waiting for 6 weeks for one order $240 and 4 weeks for a second order $130. I spoke with a representative of the company 2 weeks ago and was sent bogus tracking information. Now I can't contact them to get a refund.
