I placed a £130 order with this company on 25th march and had a tracking update that "delivery failed, parcel being returned to sender at senders request". I have had no update or communication as to why this has happened or what is going to happen with the order.
I contacted their "help" email twice over 2 day and both days I got the response "we will verify the situation and get back to you" the same copy and pasted message with no further communication.
These were gifts for my partners birthday that is tomorrow and now I have nothing to give him.
I want a refund TODAY and if that doesn't come I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank and I have the proof that this parcel was sent back at the sender's request with no communication to me.
They also have multiple profiles with various domain suffixes here but they are all the same company.

In cases where the courier is unable to deliver a parcel, it is automatically returned to the sender. The reason why your shipment was returned is still being investigated. Unfortunately, we did not receive any notification from the carrier about this situation, which is why we were unable to inform you earlier. We sincerely apologize for this.
Regarding refunds – our standard procedure is to process them once the parcel has physically returned to our warehouse. In your case, the parcel has not yet arrived back to us; however, understanding the urgency of the situation, we have made an exception and issued your refund in advance in order to provide you with the best possible resolution.

This was a Christmas present, grandson was very happy. Arrived quickly and was well packed, excellent price would definitely recommend, was kept up to date, therefore, excellent customer service.

Fantastic contact with the store. Quick response to data changes and no problem at all. They did a great job of packing items, even of a non-standard size. Low prices, good products, fast delivery. The first delivery went missing (courier’s fault) but the replacement was sent promptly and arrived in good time. Let’s not forget these guys whup Amazon on price which is no mean achievement.
