Well I too have got the same problem like all of the previous ladies, this company is a Joke all the pictures look lovely but don't be fooled by them. For weeks now I have had various generic replys they all amount to the same rubbish but just in a different round about way. I have been scammed £375.00 and only received 1 dress the cheeky buggar took the money for 3 dresses and won't refund. I too have the visa company helping me now, please ladies do not ORDER FROM THEM.

Disgusting customer service. I ordered a dress on 28/9/21 but changed my mind & cancelled within 24hrs 29/9/21 with a covering email asking for her refund as full payment had already been taken.
If you cancel within 3 days, as per their terms and conditions, you are entitled to a full refund!
They didn't respond to my emails for over a week by which time they stated they'd had a bank holiday, not read any of their emails or cancellations & had already posted the dress so I would have to wait for the dress to arrive & then contact them to return it at my own cost!
Forward to 25/10/21 & numerous emails to them asking for either the dress to return or her full refund, the dress was delivered. I made immediate contact & asked for the return address (you have to email for it, there's no contact number & nothing on the site with a return address) they have taken till today 29/10/21 to respond & say why don't you just try the dress on, you'll probably love it & want to keep it!!!
No thank you, we shouldn't have received it & we now want the return address please & a full refund!
Disgusting, scam company that I have only now found numerous complaints about regarding goods refusing to be cancelled, poor quality goods & no refunds given.
The clothing all looks beautiful but avoid this company at all costs. We've started a payment dispute with the bank to try & resolve this now...
I'd give zero stars if I could..

This has gone on for months. Refusing to let us return the very badly made items. Offering is 15% to keep them. Would not help in anyway.
Best advice go straight to your bank and open a dispute. We got our money back that way and now they are sending us begging emails to send them money. They have no idea how much upset and distress they caused and they didn't care either.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Rude on emails. They will not give me a returns address. The dress is cheap and nasty. Does not fit. Now I feel I'm going to be out of pocket. Someone needs to stop these crooks from taking anymore money from people. Life is hard enough for everyone right now, but treating people like this is not acceptable

I gave one star as I couldn't give a minus star rating . The dress was nothing like the picture of the one I ordered ! .Its cheap shoddy lace and workmanship. It looks like something a market stall would refuse to sell , certainly not £120 worth . The measurements were considerably less than stated on the sizings . There was no paperwork / invoice with the dress and in came in a old plastic bag Contrary to the returns policy stated on their site , they are refusing to give a returns address and trying to persuade me to keep the dress as it will ' cost me too much to return it"!!! And offering me ' 8% compensation,' !!. My response to them was .. are you having a laugh!! Don't insult me .
I have bought from other overseas sites before and never experience this . I am starting a claim via my credit card company . I just wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering from them .

I ordered and paid extra for a custom made suit. When it arrived the waist was 8 inches too small. It was also of very poor quality - not a bit like the advertising shots. I requested a refund. Despite numerous requests this company will not provide a return address and states it would be too expensive to return, as it was made in China, and they could not guarantee they would receive it.
They suggest I sell the suit to recoup my losses and continue to offer 'compensation' - last and final offer of 30% - rather than a refund of the full amount (over £150). After 29 email exchanges I am no further forward.
I am unable to register a complaint with the ombudsmen, as this company is not covered under their remit, despite it having a .uk web address. Beware of this company.

Don't buy from this company they are scameers. Bought a size 14 uk and it does not fit. It fits my sister size 10
Cant get a reply to email to send back dress I'm at the loss of 135 pounds. A dress for my sons wedding. Now I have to go and find something else. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Only put 1 star because had to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is an absolute scam. We brought a dress from this website and paid an extra £15 to get it made to measure. When it came the dress did not fit and having measured it, it is not the measurements we sent. I have gone back and forth with customer services requesting the return address and refund. They keep avoiding this and providing a small percentage they are willing to give back (even though it was their mistake). Claim it will be too far for me to send back and they will lose out on material. I am absolutely disgusted by their responses and this is really affecting my mental health because I can’t get it resolved. We have lost out on £125 and still no end in sight.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Awful to deal with. I contacted them the day my garments arrived and said they didnt fit, not the measurements on website.
8 months on and I cant get my refund. They wont give me address to return the garments, just keep saying "it's far away".
Be careful, they operate under different but similar websites. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Very poor after service, want to return dress have to ask for address, they trying not to give money back. Dress is more like white that ivory, also white lace. So poor. 6 emails still waiting on address

My mam has purchased a dress and jacket from this company for my wedding. When it has arrived the dress is not the size that she ordered as she had to give measurements. The dress doesn't fit and the jacket isn't even the sizing she ordered. She paid over £100 and they don't send any returns labels for her to get her money back or return the item. If they are a genuine company they should send these details for people to return the goods. She has sent them an email and she's waiting on a reply. I think its shocking, please do not use this company its all a scam!! 🤬

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding which came and was too small. On contacting customer service asking to return, I have been fobbed off repeatedly. Instead of issuing a refund they told me to donate the dress or sell it on myself. Several emails later I am no further on and over £100 out of pocket. All I want to do is return the dress and get a refund, as it says on there website is not a problem. This has now been going on for several weeks with no satisfaction. Their after sales/customer service is diabolical as well as insulting. I would strongly advise people not to order from this shambles of a company. Extremely dissapointing. I am still going after my refund and will be sending reviews about this company to neccasary recipients. BEWARE PEOPLE WHEN YOU CONSIDER ORDERING FROM VOITIDRESS!!!!!

Exceptionally bad customer service. Promise you everything and 100% satisfaction but do anything to avoid refund or resolve issues. Avoid purchasing anything with them.

Disastrous experience sums it up!
Customised measurements were submitted for a better fitting Mother of the Groom dress. The dress that arrived did not reflect my measurements, the dress was generous all over, the hips were 4 inches too wide and the ‘craftsmanship’ was dreadful. There is a sash feature that doesn’t line up at either the side or zip seams. One side seam has an accidental tuck, the border of the jacket is ‘wonky’ at the front neckline. As for dealing with complaints and refund, even partial, fobbed off continuously, making out that the money will come from her (Lily) wages. Kept promising me that it has been actioned, but no evidence of the paltry 30% that I finally agreed to!
I have a £100 dress that is unwearable, due to poor fit and workmanship.

I don’t even want to rate this company, they are misleading the public, it’s dishonest and disgraceful!! I have been trying to return a mother of the bride outfit to this company and like everyone else on here have had no positive response from them. I don’t have another £114 to purchase an outfit from another company, what can I do??? The material is cheap, it’s of substandard quality and ill fitting. I’ve even sent photos of myself in the outfit which are awful, and yet I’m told it looks ‘fine’!! Has ANYONE been able to get a refund, or know how or who to contact for some advice??

Ordered my mother of the bride dress from this company didn’t fit at all and the quality was shocking I have asked four times for a refund but won’t give me one please please don’t order from them

wish we had read these reviews. quality awful and fit considering was made to measure is appalling. No returns address is given that should have been a warning. Was more like a fancy dress item than a prom dress.

I do not want to give any stars for the mother of the bride dress I have received from this company! I wish to God I had read the reviews on here about this company!! I ordered a size 16 dress and jacket and used their size guide to measure myself. When the dress and jacket arrived it is at the least a size 10 and the quality is horrendous, cheap and very poorly made! I have no invoice and no returns address and absolutely no way of returning this product which cost me £119:00 of my hard earned money! You would think in the current pandemic that this company would show a bit of respect! I agree with what people are saying about this website Voti dresses should be closed down as soon as possible so that no one else is ripped off! This has put me off ever ordering clothes on line again some people have no morals at all. Please close this company down ASAP!!

I too wish I had read the reviews. I ordered a dress for a wedding. Followed all the guidelines on their website for sizing but when dress arrived the fit was terrible. I have sent numerous emails and photos. For 2 months I have been trying to get a returns address. They offered me a 20% refund on a £114 purchase which I declined. They are now ignoring emails.
Complete rip off !!! This company needs looking into, rip off merchants!!!!
