ניסיתי להתקין את חבילת הגלישה שרכשתי אך ללא הצלחה, דיברתי עם שירות הלקוחות שהסביר לי מה לסדר בהגדרות הטלפון וניסה לאתר את העסקה שלי ולהבין מאיפה נובעת הבעיה.
משהו הסתבך ולא הצלחנו ואני כבר ויתרתי ורכשתי חבילה נוספת חדשה והם התעקשו לבדוק וחזרו עליי עם הסבר מדויק של כל מה שהיה והגיעו לשורש הבעיה.
המון זמן שלא נתקלתי בשירות כזה טוב.

Easy and confortable
I travel all over the world and I used Voye twice. It is very easy ! The internet worked very well.
On the Second time, my cellphone setting were not right, so the internet was not working. I emailed them and in less than an hour, after a couple of E-mail exchange, they understood the problem and everything started to work.
I will keep using for next trips

Got an australia esim for 7 days
Got an australia esim for 7 days, cheap price on agoda, but it didn't work. Interacted with them over multiple emails, tried everything they said, did not work. Waste of time and money. Sent new Sim after a while - that's doesnt work too

Voye Global eSIM
I installed a Voye Global eSIM on my Samsung Galaxy phone before leaving Canada for my trip to Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Aruba, the US and Guatemala. It worked like a charm everywhere except Guatemala which had no Voye Global coverage. Surprising that an important central American country was left out. They need to work on this because Global means all the countries of the world. It is otherwise an excellent product.

Useless Esim
Useless. Avoid.In Austria I tried 2 esims on 2 different machines.Both connected quickly to the A1 cellular network but provided no internet. Support was quick to answer but useless in result. Both machines connected to the internet hussle free with other Esim providers

With Unlimited plans, after 1.5GB- 2GB daily usage, (depends on the plan), the internet will indeed become a little slower. The day after, it resets again for new 1.5GB- 2GB with fast speed. This information is also added on our website before you make the purchase. This information is shown online (not only in the Terms of Use) so customers can decide if this plan fits or doesn't fit their needs. The average daily usage is about 500MB so most user are happy with this.

Misleading and irresponsible company
Misleading and irresponsible company. Selling unlimited plan, but only provide 2GB per day and it is much more higher in price if you purchase a esim in the origin of the travel country. Online chat customer service officer having super bad attitude, Officer Ram has forgotten that I paid high price for their services.
