However much you are paying Jacob Hagman, it needs to be doubled. This guy is the god damn backbone of this company from where i sit. NEVER had a better experience with someone. I wouldn't go anywhere else because of this guy. Bonus time should be a good time for Jake.

Machines are good and built nicely, only thing I wish was price was less if it were 2,000$ I’d probably buy 5 at a time but super expensive but worth it in long run if you place correctly

Minimum effort poor workmanship
My machine showed up a little beat up and missing id scanner.They said they would ship the id scanner 2 day air. I never did receive it. I contacted them multiple times but got no reply. Finally I just demanded a refund. When I opened the machine it looked like a ten yr old put it together. Loose nuts on antennas missing nuts for card reader, I would call it shotty workmanship. Not even a basic direction book on how the machine works. I just thot for $4000 it would be put together right and I would get some customer service. I won't buy from them again. Their lackluster efforts made it so I couldn't deploy that machine for the 4th of July weekend and probl'y made me lose at least 3000 in sales for the weekend. Buzzbot can suck it

I’ve had a great experience with Vape TM. The setup process was straightforward, and their team was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. Customer support has been responsive and willing to walk me through any issues, which made getting started much easier.
The machines look professional, are easy to manage, and the monitoring tools make it simple to keep track of inventory and sales. Overall, Vape TM has been a solid investment for my business, and I appreciate the support they’ve provided along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get into the vape vending industry.

The hassle of setting up devices the software you need a physical iPad. Can’t do remotely(phone) adding items onto the machine. Let’s see what else oh the card reader machine, you have to go through another whole hassle with that and all their requirements and that’s takes forever (2 weeks).

Five-Star Experience Before Even Going Live
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with VapeTM so far. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service has been absolutely phenomenal.
The machine itself was incredibly easy to set up, and VapeTM has created detailed how-to videos that answer virtually every question you could have. On the rare occasion I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for, their team responded quickly and provided clear, helpful guidance.
A special shoutout to Jarrett, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values customer support as much as VapeTM does.
While I haven’t started processing transactions yet, we’re installing the machine tomorrow, I am extremely impressed with the quality of the machine, the setup process, and the level of support I’ve received.
